Feb 2021 - This is a terribly managed property. We just received a foot of snow and everyone in the apartment complex is stuck because the management is neglecting their responsibility to plow the road in the complex so that people can get out. This happens every year when there is a snow storm. The apartment managers send out nagging emails constantly, but they fail to do their job when it matters. I have lived at Arterra Woods for 4 years now, we have had an overall great experience here! The few times we have needed maintenance they were so efficient when addressing and fixing it. The staff on the property have always been nice and the property always looks great! It is a great community to live in and I love how close it is to everything else.

Had many issues with maintenance services. Fortunately they fired the maintenance man and hired a new knowledgeable guy. Management was the best at the beginning, Very polite and professional.
But unfortunately the new management is terrible. Not responsible at all. Loved the place but now, after 5 years living in this complex planning to move just because of the non professional management. 😔

College student, been living here for around 4-5 years now and I can say this complex is not somewhere you want to stay for more than a short period of time. The parking management is dreadful as everyone parks where they want and being able to find a parking spot near your apartment is nearly impossible due to this issue. Also due to the awful sound insulation if you want to find an environment appropriate to study at, definitely look somewhere else.

Lived here in 2016, loved the place but was not able to schedule a walk through with the manager at the time I moved out. They sent me to collections without ever sending a bill or calling to tell me there was any outstanding charges. I have great credit and although this didn’t effect it greatly the unprofessionalism is very disappointing.
