I lived here for the past 14 months and the experience was wonderful. The facilities are always clean and well maintained, the apartments are modern with great layouts, and the location is the best. It is close to great restaurants, cafes, bakeries, breweries, ..., and it's also great to walk around. For me the best part of living here was the amazing the staff. They’re always responsive, very helpful and friendly. The property changed staff members a couple of times during my time living there, but they’re consistently great at their job and great at communicating. I’m extremely grateful

We lived here here for about 3.5 years and I have nothing but great things to say about the community! The property management is very nice, helpful, and prompt. The units themselves are modern and practical. The location is perfect. I work downtown so was able to walk to the bus stop in the morning and not have to drive, you are close to all the good Bothell restaurants and coffee shops, and Mcmenamins is right next door. The place is very pet friendly and has a super cool rooftop and community hang out area. We ultimately moved because we wanted to transition to a house but since I loved our

I've lived here 2.5 years, and it's my favorite apartment :-). The staff are super-amazing and of course they love my dog best of all our community's dogs. I am amazed at living in an LEED building. I almost never hear my neighbors, and I mean almost never. My utilities are shockingly low, my parking space is super-convenient, and when I leave to own my own place some day, I'm going to shed tears over the two restaurants in our building :). The neighborhood is quiet but always a lot of people walking around to the restaurants, coffee place, dog park... The staff have handled the COVID thing very

I would advise against moving here unless maybe you're moving into the top floor. We were excited for the apartment and the location but unfortunately the ceiling/floors are paper thin and you can hear every single step our upstairs neighbors take, along with some other noises like opening and closing the microwave, doors, sliding closet doors, and even when they go to the bathroom. We've been woken up by them almost every night for the last several months, and sometimes more than once, but it doesn't seem like it's because they are particularly loud people, just that the building is poorly built

Me and my boyfriend have lived at the Junction since early January and we have loved it here ever since. We've had the chance to befriend the staff which makes it even more enjoyable to live here - knowing that the staff is friendly and willing to help out is great! Our most liked place to hangout other than our apartment is the rooftop; fireplaces, outdoor speakers, grill.. what more could you want with a place to relax within your own complex. We have not had a single issue since living here. The other people living here are friendly too.

We have lived here for seven months, and have absolutely loved it. The front office ladies are always very friendly and excited to see residents, and even remember people's names. They genuinely seem to care about helping everyone have the best possible experience while staying there. The maintenance staff is prompt and communicative, and even works weekends to make sure that everything is kept in shape. The complex is frequently cleaned, so the hallway carpet and elevators remain presentable, even with the large number of four legged residents. The complex has a great community space, including

Phil showed my sister and I around. My sister is looking for an apartment, and is really picky about the “vibe”. Phil was very supportive, showed us tons of options, and was so interactive. The Junction is beautiful, has a lovely roof top and beautiful courtyards with bulb lights to complete the laid-back, but higher-end ambiance.

My husband and I have lived here for about a month now. We love the staff and the location. The staff knows us by name, they really seem to care about us and what is new in our lives (something I think is cool and a very personal touch). The apartment community has so much to offer, a little coffee bistro, walking distance to all of downtown Bothell, high end gym, rooftop deck with huge fire-pit, mini golf, bocce ball court outside, and multiple grills. If you are looking for something that has it all and want a brand new place that has everything you need you really should come check the Junction

Phil gave us a tour and I have to say this place is top notch! Awesome location with a bunch of new stores coming in soon. They even have a beer tap! Lounge areas are awesome with at least 3 of them. Definitely recommend.
