JUST DON"T! I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! NOT EVEN THE LOWER RENT COSTS ARE WORTH THE TERRIBLE TREATMENT WE RECEIVE FROM MANAGEMENT. I HAVE 4 WORK ORDERS IN DATING BACK TO MAY AND NOT ONE OF THEM HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED. MOLD IS A HUGE PROBLEM AND THE BUGS NEVER STOP. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MAKING SURE THEY GET PAID ON TIME AND IF NOT THEY WILL PLACE NOTICES ON YOUR DOOR. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET THEIR ATTENTION. RUN AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE IF YOU KNOW BETTER.

The first part of customer service is the greeting. However this apartment complex has no greeting they never answer the phone. I've been calling for weeks several times a day morning and evening. I would like to at least get general questions answered. Long story short, this tells me what type of customer service I would get if I was actually living there. Heaven forbid that I was having an emergency. If an apartment complex does not care before you move in imagine how they're going to treat you once they start collecting their rent.

Lousy maintenance. Water has been running in bathroom for months. I can't count how many times we've reported this.. We've been here over 10 years and I must say, this is by far the most incompetent group of people, office staff and maintenance! I need their job, I would love to not have to do anything yet still get paid!

Just finished the application process. Wendy is awesome. I hesitated at first because of all the negative comments. However I believe people are failing to realize this is a Tax Credit Property therefore there are going to be extra steps to get approved. So if you are not a patient person these are not the apartments for you. The floor plans and prices are amazing, so its worth the extra time it takes to get approved.
