I lived here while in graduate school. It was a phenomenal experience. I hope to own a kitchen half as nice as the one I had here. Everything was great. Trish is easy to contact, and they are very very prompt at fixing issues. The parking is also great value. It's not too loud inside the apartments. It's family friendly too.

Stayed there for around 2 years. Walking distance to both Mayo campuses, even doable during the cold winter months. I was able to manage without a car. Very quiet area and Trish, the landlady, is very responsive and helpful. 1 bedroom apartment is very spacious and the kitchen is perfect. Would recommend!

Great apartment building! I have lived here a year and don’t want to leave. Great service, nice neighbors, amazing location at a good price. Updated and well maintained apartment with underground heated parking that comes in handy over the MN winters. Right in between both Mayo hospital locations- so perfect if you work at either. Walking distance to downtown bars and restaurants. Love my kitchen and high ceilings. The ceiling fans come in handy and having an in-unit washer dryer is so convenient. Love this building and complex. The outdoor community area is so nice and well kept and is great

Nicholas apartments is an exceptional place to live. I lived here since September 2019 and I couldn’t ask for a better experience! The apartments are spacious and equipped with brand new appliances. Trish, the landlord, is very accomodating, friendly ,and professional. She handles everything quickly and efficiently. The Apartment complex is within walking distance to the Mayo clinic downtown campus and SMH. I would highly recommend the Nicholas apartments to anyone looking for a place in Rochester

I lived here for 3 years during my time in Rochester. Was a fantastic place to live. Close to both Mayo campuses and downtown. The landlord Trish was kind and responsive, and there were really no concerns while living here. The building was well maintained too. Be sure to do some grilling on the back porch!

My husband and I lived at the Nicholas for three years and were very happy with our experience. We first had a one bedroom unit, then chose to stay in the building for a one bedroom with a den when we needed more space. Both units were spacious, comfortable, and well insulated for temperature and sound. For us, other highlights of the building were the central location within Rochester and walking distance to both Mayo campuses. Trish, the owner and building manager, was always professional, personable, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns (which were minor and very few). We left only

The Nicholas Apartments are a perfect place to live when wanting to be in downtown Rochester equidistant from the 2 main hospitals (Methodist & St. Mary’s). Trish is wonderful to work with and she has help when tenants lock themselves out mistakenly after hours. I would highly recommend living here for single folk and those with small families. You will be living comfortably and happily.
