To be honest you have a great establishment here great apartments great amenities The staff is great so I honestly don't have nothing bad to say in that aspect This is one of the complexes that Is left that include water but to be honest I've been living here for six years and I feel that you own too much property not to have a pool I seen them to work all the way through this complex digging up fixing pipes all that space in the front of the complex could have had a pool with a wall around it I i'm positive that is you asked everybody in the complex on both sides is not one person I would not

I’ve been living here for a little over 5 years the Harford commons team is so polite so welcoming and so caring. A Melody Shackleford is a amazing landlord and I’m so thankful for my experience while there . Thank you for making my time and still currently living there amazing and stress free.

Mice infestation is like from a horror movie, they eat up everything and anything...even your handbag and contents there in are not left out.
They jump on your bed and hang on the shower rails, your clothes aren't left out.
It was the worst housing experience of my life.
And to top it, the extermination done by the apartment, is a joke.
Pls Run!!!... Mice and Roaches infested apartments.

I love everything especially the kitchen and bathroom. The leasing office was so nice my best experience in awhile. I also love the fact you get to see the actual unit you move in .The only problems I saw was minors light bubs missing out of front and back porch light very quiet it’s a win to move in .

Jennifer, in the leasing office, is extremely sweet, passionate and resourceful. Her personality is very comforting and she answers all posing questions you may have.
I currently share a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 of my classmates and the house was spotless. Absolutely impeccable. The carpets are white/cream, soft and free of stains or blemishes. All of the appliances (gas) are clean and working properly. There are no ceiling lights or fans but there are light switches in each of the rooms, so whatever lamps, heaters, electronics that stay plugged in are controlled by the light switch; it cuts
