Farr Court Apartments

Lived in this apartment complex for three years. They repeatedly over charge you, laugh at you for others stealing your packages and stuff. Rude and cant seem to keep one property manager for longer than six months. Unless you loke being treated like a pay check. Dont live here

The apartment itself is alright . Definitely not for the price . But when I lived there I had my car broken into 3 times and I’ve lived here for 6 months... I also talked to a bunch of other tenants and they’ve also all gotten their cars broken into multiple times . So if you move here be sure to have good car insurance cause you’ll definitely put it to use here or set money aside to get your windows fixed.

Not surprised in the slightest after reading the negative reviews because they held true. It’s been increasingly difficult getting a hold of Farr Court Apartments before even thinking about renting here. They have multiple numbers listed that all go straight to voicemail. I left multiple voicemails in the past two weeks and have not heard from them at all. All of my emails have only been replied to through their automated emails. I initially expressed interest in living here, but can’t even get a phone call in with any representative (if they even have any at this point). The automated email

Just moved here a week ago and so far it's great. It's quiet and the apartment has nice hardwood floors. Katie and John are not only really nice but do a great job.

A friend lived there, every time we went to visit no doggie bags provided the grass was unkept, his washer was leaking for almost a month before they finally replaced it, and he was on the third floor.it reaked of cigarettes from the people below and the woman managing was extremely rude!! They were also poorly thought out and outdated (I guess very simple would better describe it) apartments that felt really small for the price.

Chelsea has been a huge help and made moving in a comfortable experience.

I recently moved here from Texas and Chelsea, the new property manager with Avenue 5, has been the greatest help. I called around for weeks before finding a property that would work with me from afar. Not only did she make sure that I was updated every step of the way with the status of my apartment, but she gave me a tour upon arrival to make me feel at home. Any issue I have had she has addressed promptly and with a smile. If you're looking for a new apartment community I would highly recommend calling to see what they have available because a beautiful property with great management is hard

Set an appointment to come look at a place and apply for It right after and the morning of the showing I get an email saying somebody else wants it so whoever gets to me first gets the place. So I leave work early to get there asap and she just acted confused as to why I was rushing there to get a holding fee down. So I give her a $100 holding fee for the place, get charged $40 for the application but my references or work arent called. I emailed them a couple days later asking about the applications with no response. A week and a half later there was no response still so I called during their

Great area to live. Friendly staff. Cami is always a delight to see in the office and is helpful answering all my questions. New Maitnenance man Chad is very quick in repairing things around the apartment. Thank you guys keep up the good work.

So far I haven't moved in yet,I will in a few weeks. but I really love the manager so far, she is very kind and helpful and friendly , sadly I am moving from a good size home and having to move short notice,. Manager definitely one reason I decided to move here. Time will tell I will post again in 6 months.
