This place isn’t safe. Yes they check documentation when it comes to residents and felons are prohibited from taking residency but under lease legal terms, we aren’t allowed to call in the police. There aren’t any gates for the townhouses & village in general; therefore, it gives a criminal opportunity to just waltz in and the houses are unprotected. The apartments and condos do have gates, but the gates are always breaking and leaving space for many car to drive in and out without codes. I wouldn’t recommend living here because , if you’re serious about safety, we aren’t safe here

Nice looking new places built during the boom. I almost bought one until I went there and looked around. My real estate attorney said look out for govt assisted housing projects for developments than can not get sold. Yes indeed the developer turned some of this into section 8 govt assisted housing...I spoke to a resident that said lots of break ins with the cars in the parking lot. My lawyer said run - do not walk away...
