Choice Property Management Solutions is a full service property management company located along the Muskegon Lake shoreline in the city of Muskegon. We service most of Muskegon County and Northern Ottawa County. As members of the Muskegon Area Rental Association and the Rental Property Owners Association of Kent County, we keep current on local, state and national rental industry changes and events.

Services
Complete and sign all pages of the application. The Landlord Verification and Employment Verification need only to be signed where highlighted. We will also need a copy of each applicant's driver's license or state ID. Choice Property Management Solutions is a locally owned company. We have an after hours rental drop box for our tenant's convenience.

Very unprofessional and hold no accountability for their actions or lack there of. Yard was trashed when we moved in and they said they would have a crew out to clean it up. No one ever came and I eventually did it all and when I called them out on it the got rude and nasty saying that was the first they had heard about the issue when it was discussed during the lease signing. Would not recommend going through them. Very immature people working in the office.

Love, love them so much. I am very happy with my experience through them. I came from being homeless and sleeping from couch to couch and they was very understanding of my situation and got me in a beautiful home. I definitely would recommend anyone to go through them. They are very professional and have reasonable prices and also beautiful homes to live in. I thank them for everything.❤

I am so thankful for choice property management solutions! I needed to find the perfect place for my daughter and I and they responded the same day and were able to get a lease to me right when I needed it. I also asked to move in earlier and they made it happen THAT day. They work with you on credit and really want to make it work for you! Highly recommend. Staff is friendly, prompt, efficient and knowledgeable!

Choice Property Management has been nothing but an AMAZING experience for me & my boys! They’re very understanding, professional, reliable & affordable. Anytime I needed anything, they were on it! My stove recently broke the day before Thanksgiving & my landlord, Jill, took the time to search all over for a stove & got me a new one just so we can enjoy our Thanksgiving. Arrogant, uninterested, and shifty... this agency is unbelievably and incredibly unprofessional in every aspect of "management or landlording." I'm confident this company will not prosper. However...Best of Luck! Certainly the worst "Choice" I've ever invested my money and time for a rental, in which this agency treats their tenants awfully disrespectful, especially after receiving their money with no problem at all🙄

Went in with a family member and all I can say is WOW! First impressions are everything. Front Desk Clerk was RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, not to mention something very important her CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS were terrible... I mean terrible... She definitely is working in the wrong field. Or maybe need to take some refresher classes or read a book on how to be professional. They even have videos on YouTube. I mean the resources are out there and available. It’s really not that hard especially when the Customer has NOT given you any reason at all to be unprofessional. Being she is the face of the company
