The quality of these apartments are going downhill fast. We so far have seen graffiti in the parking structure, homeless sleeping under the parking lots, they raise prices on laundry, they don't even replace a broken machine. There have been too many calls for law enforcement and swat, our security gates are all dry rotten and fallling apart and they refuse to replace the entire fencing all around the lower apartments. Management doesn't seem to really care about our quality of life here. Rent is way too high for what you are getting and they raise prices every year. These apartments

Frank is absolutely by far the very BEST manager to an apt complex- (or any business for that matter!) that i have yet to come across- a few words to describe him- friendly, patient, helpful, and just a positive energy all the way around. If you are looking for a place talk to him- i hope his boss is aware of the excellent employee they have- Thank you Frank, even though i wasnt able to move there, you made the whole experience worth the effort!!

This review is solely based on customer service. My friend and I are in the process of looking for a place to live and we came across this property. I spoke with Frank this morning and he was patient, polite and helpful when answering my questions. This will be my first time renting so I have a lot of questions. If you call and leave a message or shoot him an email he responds pretty quickly. I would rent from this property in a heartbeat!

Lived here for almost a year now. Great place and management is very kind and understanding. And the matienence crew are always punctual and polite.
Kids are pretty loud but hey, they're kids. And it's technically summer so let them be kids. And our neighbors are really nice, yeah sometimes they're loud but I'm sure we are too. It's just a part of living in such close units.
Saw another review about some people smoking on the property and it's never really been an issue for us. Unfortunately since it's legal now you can't really say or do anything about

Very clean and maintained is what 1st caught my eye. The complex is surrounded by tons of trees which is a calming. I was greeted by Lenay a leasing agent for the property who gave me a tour and was very informative. Super quite when I went to visit which was around 2pm. Was impressed with the size of the backyard!! Staff was friendly and easy to talk to.
