How to Qualify COMO CALIFICAR Report

Grandview Apartments participates in a tax credit program that allows ROSS to provide quality housing at an affordable price! Documentation of all income received from child support, alimony, investments, pensions, savings accounts, etc., must be submitted with application. Anticipated income for all unemployed applicants must also be included.

Great community, walking distance shopping mall. Office staff are great, but manager marry was little awkward. I lived there for 1 year and it was not bad experience.

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT, treat employees unfair and poorly. management is extremely lazy and have failed at simply meeting the needs of residents and employees.

Terrible, please do not lease here, management is very rude to staff and residents, its infested. Management treats employees very poorly, i’ve seen it first hand. Please do not move here!!! Extremely rude and Poor effort

Moved out by far the worst place to live . Mice and roaches everywhere!!!!!! No matter how clean you are !!! I was sick mold in my unit . And call up to corporate to Jeff he says he’ll look into it !!! Place was a nightmare
The lead manger is awful ( she don’t care ) !!!!
The other ladies in the office are great( that’s was the only thing that kept me leveled)

Do not live here and I completely agree with the others who have left a review in regards of the apartment. A total Nightmare and We are ready to move out!!!
