I highly recommend checking out the Spinnaker Apartments if you are looking for a new place!
My partner and I have lived her for about 18 months now and love it. We are in the Spinnaker Falls complex which has its own gym, grill/bonfire patio, and is right downtown near all the great Milford CT restaurants and train station!
The apartments are beautiful - well kept and their staff is responsive with any issues. Shout out to Alex from Spinnaker for always being there to help with issues with a smile on his face.
Highly recommend and call their office for more information!

Spinnaker management is an absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with. We are currently living in a horrible situation with the construction of a brand new restaurant directly below our unit, plus construction directly across the hall with them renovating a recently vacated unit. There is constant drilling and hammering noises all day long, from 7:30am-6pm or later. The noise is so bad that our floor shakes. Our dog has developed SEVERE anxiety from it and we cannot afford to send him to daycare to get him away from the noise. Spinnaker has shown no sympathy to us, other than offering to waive our "transfer

I was surprised reading some of these reviews regarding Spinnaker as my fiancee and I moved out from Spinnaker Green about a month ago and we honestly have nothing but positive feedback. We lived there for 13 months and only left because we wanted to find a cheaper place and relocate closer to family. Honestly, if we had higher-paying jobs we would have stayed!
Our apartment was immaculate upon our initial move in and extremely easy to maintain the level of cleanliness. We had a huge walk in closet and porch as well as our own washer and dryer which was incredibly convenient. The space was beautiful

Been living in spinnaker for about 18 months and over the past 6 months the management has become completely useless. There is no parking ever for paying residents, a problem which has been brought to management attention multiple times over the past 5 months with promises to address yet nothing. There is constantly dog feces everywhere with nothing done to address. The walls are so thin you can hear neighbors conversations clearly with no struggle. With the recent snow storm, snow and ice removal has been completely unacceptable, to the point where it is dangerous for residents as soon as dusk

I have lived in spinnaker green for a little over 2 years. It has been quiet, and clean. The vaulted ceilings on the upper levels really make the rooms feel so spacious. I would not change a thing!
I have had some billing issues in the past but Rachel promptly took care of everything. She has really been a great resource from start to finish! She was the one who rented me the apartment and also assisted me with the exit process. The only reason I am leaving is because I was able to purchase a home of my own.

Clean, efficient, easy to work with. The folks at Spinnaker own quality apartments and "do things right".
Many options in Milford to choose from. Close to all amenities are close and convenient.
The women in the leasing office are friendly, professional and helpful. And coffee, water and snacks are always available.
