I never had such a kind and warm tour of a property. From the moment we arrived at the building and received small gifts to Rose's kindness ,openness and candor, this experience was definitely pleasant. The apartment was also very beautiful and uniquely designed. The location is great, and even though the restaurants on the street might be noisy at times, Rose guaranteed the building addresses any such problems ASAP.

I met with Camille and Rose.
They were welcoming , gracious, and very engaging.
They answered all my questions, and they met my needs.
What was extremely comforting, was the all the health, safety, and sanitation measures that were in place when we arrived.
Plus, all of the staff I interacted with, were extremely professional and friendly.
I think I am going to lease with you all based on my visit.

Rose and Camille are super nice and welcoming, but there is one manager who usually comes on Monday always speaks very loud, and uses improper words sometimes. I personally felt discriminated by her that every time she saw me in common room will pick up on me. She now even closed bathroom downstairs without allowing residents to use after all the stores and restaurants opened in New Haven. I felt paying such a high rent without getting the services deserved. But other than the one manager I've met so far after living in the building for one year, everything else is pretty good. I hope every staff

First off I want to tell the truth so here go's. I arrived with my mother and we where a little intimidated. The buildings swanky, high class touch screen answering systems when you Enter. Key card access the tenants where so polite. And dont get me started on the angel that is named Rose Ledee. So accommodating showing us everything to the library, gym, storage room, laundry room to parking. The rooms where beautiful clean hardwood flooring ready to go. Even apartments that weren't ready to be shown she had video and photos right there on her computer show us, so professional. She even printed

Rose had a package for me upon arrival that included a mask, water, and information about the building and area. Also, she was super knowledgeable about the application process and requirements.
Some of the other buildings I expressed interest in still have yet to get back to me. Rose reached out and scheduled a viewing with me the same day I inquired.

Homeless men frequently sleep in the small, enclosed entrance way between the outer and inner doors.
This happens about 1-3 times a week.
Often they obstruct the doors entirely by sleeping across the doors that open inward, forcing a resident to decide if they want to risk entering a very small, enclosed space, alone, where they'll have to wake up (startling) a homeless man - or risk walking through the dark plaza at night in downtown new haven to attempt entry through the concrete walled rear entrance where there are also often homeless people.
Recently homeless men have also started sleeping

So far so good. Visited with my daughter on Friday. The sales agent, Robin was patient, friendly and worked with us to help my daughter, who will be living on a stipend for her graduate studies, find a studio within her price range. The Liberty is right in the middle of Yale, has great community areas; a lounge with a pool table and a library. It lacks parking and this was an issue because my daughter rides a motorcycle, but it seems safe, seems well maintained and looks very comfortable.
