This community cuts corners on everything from the water heater connections to making sure the pools are properly maintained and safe for the residents. City already shut down the pools this year due to unsafe water conditions. The staff is given bonuses on how quickly apartments are "flipped" so don't expect your safety or family's safety to be a high priority when that's cash they won't make for making sure the electrical outlets are safe and the apartment is up to code. Bottom line ... don't risk your family!!

We are visiting from Cali and wanted to relocate here and looking for apartments. Although the price was good and the apartments looked nice, Angela the sales older lady was rude to my son. I believe she was discriminating against us because it was only 4 pm and she refused to show us an apartment. As a young black male it is hard to get good service. Since we thought it was because of his age, my husband then went to inquire in which she just talked to him on the phone through a door. She was unhelpful and left us feeling hopeless in living here. If Angela is not a representation of this apartment

I'm moving as soon as my lease is up. I had problems with my air conditioner and called maintance out four times and he would not fix the problem. He kept telling me that my air conditioner wouldnt cool down all the way because i lived upstairs. I said really because for the last two summers it cooled everything down fine. Well the air conditioner finally went out in August and i work from home. Mangement also tried to rush me off the phone when i called and started to complain before it went out completely. She sent an air conditoner man out who came in for 5 mins and said nothing to me

I came to a Highschool friends appt for a girls night and we have walked her dogs through the entire complex. These apartments are very well maintained inside and out. Now after staying the night as the day breaks I realize these are very quite apartments. I can actually hear the birds chirping. Now that I am apartment shopping I'll be back to talk to the office about openings. This would be a nice place to call home.
