I have now coordinated 4 family funerals through Rausch's Owings funeral home. It is so comforting to work with the staff there. I have recently worked with Michael Demarest, and he walked me through all of the steps, made calls for me, and handled everything beautifully. They anticipated our needs before we knew them, and there were no worries about the visitation, the service, or the interment.

They took care of my father 17 yrs ago, made the experience very smooth and pleasant. The most professional people I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Recently they helped with my mother passing, as I expected they treated my family with the most respect, Everything was done beautiful. My mother looked like she was sleeping. I highly recommend them to take care of your family. They are the best!!

Late. Very unprofessional. I was very reasonable to Bobby and the rest of the staff but I didn't even receive a call to let us know that they were going to be more than a half an hour late. All I wanted was a call. A very simple, basic, courtesy call. Spoiler alert...no call came. If this is their standard of service than I pity all the families that utilize their services.
