If you're a beginner like me, this is the place to start. The instructors are all extremely nice and helpful. The studio itself is always very clean and well maintained. Let's just say I've never been an early riser and I find myself setting my alarm for morning classes.

Even the students are all so wonderful and encourage each other on. There's something about my classes where I leave feeling relaxed, standing straighter, and feeling more confident about myself. With their introductory prices, you really have nothing to lose if it doesn't work for you, but if it does

I have been going here about 2 years. I have enjoyed each teacher ( instructor). There is a range of classes from gentle basic to styles I won't get to in my lifetime. I like that the classes tend to be small and a wide age range of people attend. If you need help with a pose, it's given and many times the alternative to a pose is offered up so you can do it all at your ability without feeling embarrassed. They often run specials for discounts. The new student fee is 10 dollars for 10 days, which allows you to try any and all classes. They have mats, blocks and straps you can use for

I love this studio! It's super close to home, affordable, and Strongheart Yoga offers a warm and inviting space for my practice. Tiffany's Vinyasa flow is my Monday night reset button and it throws my whole week off if I ever have to miss. There is a class for every level of yoga so don't be intimidated. You will find the yogi's very helpful and patient yet challenging if you want to take your practice to the next level.

Lovely, welcoming studio space with a more intimate feel and smaller class sizes means more individualized attention. This was the first studio I visited after moving to Michigan. Pattie, the owner, is a amazing, as well as the other instructor I took a Vin class from. Both very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. This studio is great for novice students, as well as the more advanced.

I love doing yoga here. It's quiet, a little off the beaten path but that's what makes it special. Like an oasis of peace in Warren. The folks there are real. Instructors, sweet and personable. It's a gem really. If you are out on this side of town, don't judge this book by its cover. This is top shelf yoga that I would recommend to anyone. I'll be back soon. Namaste
