They don't care to fix any of their provided equipment. The washer and dryer card machine has been broken for over a month. Think of paying 2k a month in rent at a slum and you can't even do your own laundry. Thanks ladies at the office for doing absolutely nothing for your tenants! Keep telling me to leave a note becuase the person that can get work done is never in the office either. Give yourself a round of applause ladies

Although I only stayed for one year, I loved living at L'Estancia Garden Apartments. I left in September and there was delay in my deposit refund, but when I contacted the property manger/owner, Sandy, she expeditated the process and kept me in looped with any delays-- very professional and helpful!!

I have lived here for about 2 years. The Apartments aren’t great but they’re decent and trying to improve. The downside here is the office staff.first and foremost, they are horrible about emailing or sending out notifications in an appropriate amount of time or fails to at all and then hands out violations because they claim to have sent letters and then don’t address any of the real violations/issues in the community. The try to squeeze money out of the tenants any way they can. At all times there is at least one of the few amenities we have always closed for maintenance or repairs. The

After living here for almost a year, I’d probably give it more of a 3.5, but I don’t necessarily want to round up to 4*s.
The main points are that we have felt safe so far, it’s relatively clean, and it’s a great location for the price. Unfortunately a lot of little things fall through the cracks that add up over time.
Everything’s done or fixed up in a rush and the evidence is everywhere. From hair painted over in drains, carpet corners not tacked down, windows that don’t work properly.... That’s just the tip of that iceberg.
The list of little things just goes on and on, and

Great location for parks, bike trails shopping whether it’s food or clothes. Doctors and dental office are close. A variety of hospitals near by. Schools for adults and children. Bus line right out side the complex. A variety of places to eat out from fast food to dine in restaurants. And the best beaches 10 minutes driving to 20-30 minutes on your bike.

Do not live here! Worst apartment complex I have ever rented. We have had a roof leak 3 times in the last year alone. They continue to only patch it up and not actually fix the problem. This time the leak got so bad that after it rained, water reached the fire alarm. The alarm has been going off for hours and we have yet to have anyone here from maintenance to even turn the alarm off, let alone fix the roof issue itself. Our front door also leaks water and a pool sits at the front every time it rains. The general manager for the apartment complex even saw it herself and told us three months ago

Love these apartments. The maintenance crew is always out and about, making sure the grounds are well kept and clean. The office staff is always very friendly, and the residence have all been extremely welcoming. We love all the amenities and getting to know everyone. So happy we decided to not only move to Florida, but to choose this as our home location.

As soon as I walked in the door I knew I had made a mistake for wanting to possibly rent from this complex. The door says “come on in” so, I did and was shouted at not too. When I said what the sign said it was more rude mouthy shouting. So, I sat in the waiting room thinking everyone has bad days and gets stressed out, while doing so the lady was said to me “SIR! They were here first, you will have to wait!” That would have made sense to say if I would have been trying to cut in line, Ray Charles could see that there were people in front of me. Even still I waited minding my own business

Reasons to not live at L'Estancia Apt.'s Sarasota Florida :
1. I have had auto payments for rent since 11/17, and still every month since then I got a hurry up and pay or get evicted (Rude) notice. you auto pay system is not working and your office still hasn't figured it out so now I have paid $600 in late fees even though I did what I was supposed to and set up auto pay and somehow you find a way to screw that up and cost me $600-$800 that I didn't need to pay.
2. We are super clean in our Apt. but somehow, we have had 2 rats in the kitchen (1 was caught) the other one

Love this apartment complex,,,,it all starts with Maintainance staff,,,they are awesome,,the Maintainance supervisor is the best ,,,the other one woukld only patch things up,,,joseph the super now fixes them and they dont come back...this maint staff rocks,,,the grounds are so much better with all the attention they give to them,,,and now when we call for service,,their there in a flash and fix things right,,,im so glad joe and his crew are here,,,,love you guys,
