Services
Animal Flow is an innovative, ground-based practice that's both fun and challenging. Think of it as yoga meets martial arts with a little added flair. If you're new to Animal Flow, we recommend three introductory classes where you'll learn the basics. Mats are optional. Barefoot is best, but thin soled trainers or Five-Fingered shoes also work.
As you learn and refine new poses, you'll enjoy improved balance, flexibility, range of motion and strength. This means you are less likely to injure yourself in other recreational, sports, or daily activities. Balance poses engage your ancillary or supporting muscles, not just the larger groups, building a deep muscle tone in your entire body.
Start your Halloween weekend with yoga and cocktails! We're teaming up with the Dog and Shrub Distillery for a festive, Halloween-themed event. Lindsey Schaub will start out the fun with a beginner-friendly 45-minute yoga class outside on the grassy field to the right of the distillery. It's October in Wisconsin, so come prepared for any type of weather.
All weekly LMYC yoga teachers are YTT-200 or YTT-500 certified. We also offer fitness classes led by qualified exercise enthusiast and opportunities for teachers-in-training to hone their skills. Whether you're looking to unwind or break a sweat, you're sure to find a class to suit your needs. As a middle school classroom teacher for nearly 30 years, Susan used her yoga practice as a way to relieve stress while gaining strength and flexibility.
Bring a mat and a facemask capable of passing the candle test (if you can blow out a candle wearing the mask, it's non-compliant). Call or email us if you have questions or want reassurance, or better yet, bring a friend. I had a good class at this no frills studio. There is a bathroom (if you need to change); cubbies in the room for storage. Great space with much natural light and high ceilings. I took a Sunday morning class in July and it was pretty full so sign up online if able. Water is available for $.50. Easy parking. Recommend!

I really enjoy the back to basic classes and the Qi Gong. Great for anyone new to yoga.
