I am going on 10 years living at Higgins and I have to say I love living here and love my apartment. Its close to work, quite and very crime free here. Tina and her staff are awesome. Tina always take care of me. I made a noise complaint once and she took care of it immediately. Mike the maintenance guy took care of my leak the within a couple of hours. Donna the housekeeper makes sure the common hallways and laundry areas are clean every week. And it looks like we have a new landscaping company cutting the grass and they are doing a great job. I love living at Higgins! I absolutely recommend this place. Its quite but there are still lots of people. The children here are well behaved. My apartment is comfortable and if ever I have an issue the maintenance man Mike is very quick to fix it. The apartments are so clean and just look really great when you move in. The woman who cleans them is named Donna. She really does an amazing job. She also keeps up all the hallways so they always smell and look nice. When you come to look for a new apartment you will meet the apartment manager Tina. I can't say enough about how kind she is and helpful
