We didn’t even get to move in ...
So we had talked to them about maybe doing a 2bedroom if one came available but settled on and agreed upon a 1bedroom. Well, they had a 2bedroom listed online - 2bedroom on main floor. So my husband called them and asked about it. They said “yes we have it available. We can upgrade you to the 2bedroom, but will Keep the 1bedroom on you also for now just in case something happens”. Well, they lied! They took the 1bedroom off of us and gave itto someone else then the 2bedroom became unavailable bc the current tenant backed out of moving. And they

Im sad to say that I will be leaving this summer due to job change. However this has been one of the best properties I have been on in a while. they past four years have been good. No its not a high end property, but they are nice. They have a pool, fitness center, dog park and a community room. Price changes every year but we all know thats due to the growing changes in this area. Recently the property had a change in managers and the new one is pretty great. She has been onto of up keeping the property and making very nice progresses. She speaks and smiles every time you see her out on the property

New resident. The application and approval process was easy and quick. Even when the computer systems were down in the office, management found a way to still enter me into the system by going through the regional office so I could still move in on the date I needed to. Staff has been all-around helpful and available to answer all my questions and concerns, especially Susan. The grounds are also really nice, and I like the quality of my apartment. It was better than I expected. Lots of counter and cabinet space in the kitchen. Not as much general storage space on the inside of the apartment, but
