In the past I gave Allied a good review, mostly because our assigned property manager cared about our condo community. Since then, that manager has left the company. Now, we have been assigned a manager in training. They have not been on property in a timely manner for on-site audits. I'm on the board, and we have worked hard to improve the property condition but recently we are being neglected. Allied is not communicating, handling questions and concerns from homeowners. This company does not deserve even one star. They manage a complex in Arlington where I bought a condo in 2019. I rented it out for a year and later lived there. My condo was renovated, modern and clean but once you got out of the door, it was a whole different world. And what a nightmare! The complex is neglected, filthy, and outdated. They don't even pretend to care about the place. Most of the residents are not vocal about the situation so the people in Allied HOA just continue with what they do best which is nothing much. I have lived at the Boca Club Condos in Fort Worth for over 5 years. It is an older community but the HOA has been doing a lot of work on the buildings and grounds over the last few years. You can tell that people care about this place.

I've sent multiple emails with no response.
The owner only comments on certain reviews and not all.
I've gotten comfortable here but now I'm feeling I made a mistake with choosing this property with how negligent staff and regional staff disregard their own residents. There's no solutions for the residents besides "move out"?

If I could give them ZERO or a negative, I would. They are the most irresponsible "management" company I have ever dealt with. They do not return calls or emails. They are evasive and very arrogant. They don't fix what they "promise they will be right out the next day or within 48 hours" and it is weeks if not months and sometimes NEVER that they show up to fix what you have so kindly asked for. We finally fixed our carport lights after 4 months because after multiple emails and phone calls, it was easier to just do it ourselves. Then the day after we did it, the

I reside at Richland Corners,one month now. First day of my move I had 10+ maintenance requests. Carpet stained and smelled like urine and cheetos. Blinds marked up,dingy and mismatched. I moved in at 1500 north Carroll in Dallas in January, I've had issues since then. I had a huge hole in my ceiling for about a month and finally they came and fixed it after having a trash bag hanging in my unit. They switch property managers a lot and every month it's something with Allied. They charge you outrageous for rent when the people moved in next door and pay $150 cheaper, you aren't allowed to drop off money orders because people they hire tend to steal the money orders. Then they block you from paying with your checking and routing number and make you pay the $30 additional

This company has just acquired my apartment complex and immediately the electricity to the complex and the hot water are not working. The phone number for our new contact person has been busy all day (as if left off the hook) and no response to emails. How unprofessional! Meanwhile people are without power and hot water!!!
