I've gotta say as a resident of 4 years this apartment is okay but have been going down hill. First off the apartment takes forever to get things fixed now under the new management. Weeks and multiple service calls and no one came to fix the appliance's. After a long talk with the manager I got everything fixed in under an hour. Should have not come to that... Not to mention the new appliances in the model is not what you get. The hallways get pressure washed when you move in and never again. Most are filthy and a service call won't help that I've tried. Rent pay online before used to be a 2 dollar

There’s so many negative things to say here. First off the show apartment is not what you will get. My apartment had none of the nice upgrades in the model they show you. The front entrance gate is broken quite frequently. I was supposed to get a new fan in one of the bedrooms. It’s been over a year and still they haven’t replaced it. I will not be renewing my lease here. I’m giving 1 star here as the neighborhood has been pretty quiet. All in all terrible place.

The property is nice and has a great pool and gym. The staff can be really great as well.
There is a HUGE issue on top of these nice extras.
The communication with front office.
They can not communicate properly with residents or maintenance. When we get a notice for something they give 3 days to fix the issue but they don’t deliver the notice until the day before the third day!
And asking for a repair in the apartment? Be prepared to ask at least 5 times and wait over a week.
We have had our garbage disposal break, it took them over a week to fix it.
Now My shower has been broken for a

I moved here last year from out of state. I love the area! I am close to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. The floor plans are so spacious! The complex is fairly quiet. I never hear my neighbors. The staff is very knowledgeable! I like having the app to request any maintenance. It makes it simple and easy to put in work orders. I would highly recommend living here!

Great all around experience at these apartments. The leasing team really made all the difference. They were incredible especially during the move out process (where most apartments like to screw you over). The maintenance staff were awesome too, I had a couple times where they had to fix an appliance or AC, and they were out the next morning with it fixed! I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

My husband and I just moved from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom. Let’s just say Rebekah made the moving process extremely easy. The front office ladies have always been 100% kind and helpful. The entire time we’ve lived here everyone has been super helpful. No issues with maintenance at all. I love the location and the size of the apartments, you won’t get this square footage for price anywhere else.
