I lived at The Preserve the last year, Paige and Savannah are awesome !!! They helped me with any questions or issues I came across while living here and always made me feel very welcomed!
The property itself is spacious and clean!
The amenities are awesome as well! The pool was my favorite! Also there’s a fire pit for when it gets colder out!
Also it’s great when the food trucks come out as well!
I would definitely recommend living here!!

All Francis Property Management properties are not equal! I chose to move here from a sister property, Estancia San Miguel (Oh how I miss those apartments..), to be closer to work; I'm regretting this decision 6 months into my 18 month lease here at The Preserve at Spring Creek.
The leasing agents and property manager are friendly and polite, but the way the property upkeep is handled does not live up to its name nor the area that it's located in.
Pool rules seem to be very strict here, but only for certain residents. In late June 2021, a guest of mine and myself were verbally harassed and forced

I really enjoy living at the Preserve. I do wish there was more communication for events through the Resident app as well as when trash pick up will not be available for certain holidays. I would also like to be notified if I have a package that was delivered to the front office. Otherwise, the community is well kept and has a few fun events.

When I was finishing my enlistment in the Army and beginning to move to Houston, the preserve at spring creek team made my transition go so smooth. The maintenance team has always been right on point and extremely punctual. Anything that we need as residents, the amazing team at the preserve at spring creek is there to help. We have so many great surroundings and landmarks it really makes it hard to find anywhere better.

My daughter and I have lived here for 4 years now and still counting more ahead! It has been an amazing experience from the very welcoming management staff to any maintenance needs! The staff is fantastic here!!! They make you feel at home and truly care about their residents! I HIGHLY recommend this luxury apartment complex and it will fit all your needs you are looking for!! I have lived in other apartments and none compare to this one!! Definitely one to check out and after touring the beautiful facilities and meeting the amazing staff it will make your choice super easy!
