At first the move-in experience was great. Apartment was clean no issues, ect. However after being here almost 3 years the customer service care has significantly dropped. Maintenance is poor, not completed in a timely manner and not done thoroughly. We have AC issues constantly and they just bandage the issue instead of fixing it which caused us to pay tons of money in electric for a small 1 bedroom apartment. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

I stayed here for a year with no issues. Was always on time and never had a complaint against me. However when I left I was told by the manager Anita that my last months rent was one number and they sent me a statement that confirmed the number she gave me. But when I went to pay it she tried to charge me almost $400 more. She made up some excuses about the system not being accurate because of the storm in February but she gave me the same number out of her computer before the storm hit. Now they are trying to bill me for the extra but never actually sent a bill. Just sent a collection notice.

This was my fiancé and I first apartment and for the most part we were very much satisfied! The homes are spacious and gets great lighting with the big windows. For an older apartment complex, it is a gorgeous, quiet community thats held up by the best maintenance man (never learned his
Name, but he is Hispanic!). The residents are a more older crowd but it is not a retirement home. Before we moved in, former staff member Lori prayed for us and told us to call if we needed anything and made us feel very welcomed.

Unfortunately we had to leave this amazing place due to work obligations but nothing I could say would give this amazing apartment complex and their staff justice. My family and I lived here just over 3 years and we absolutely loved it. Convenient to everything. And just far away enough from everything at the same time. We are sad that we cannot continue to live here but if we move back to Houston/Tomball area we already know where to go. Thanks for making our stay comfortable Anita & Laurie. You will be missed!

This apartment complex feels like home. My husband and I have lived here for 2 years and are so thankful for the staff. They are always willing to help us if we need anything at all. With permission they will bring my packages and put them inside my apartment. That is going over and beyond in my opinion.
I love Lori because she always remembers personal things about me and asks how life is going. She is bright, energetic and ready to serve.

I hate to even write this review because Lori has always been wonderful but I literally cannot wait to leave this place. I took off a day of work to have my apartment sprayed for fleas, which I pay for monthly as every other tenant does. Come to find out, office manager never put us down to have it sprayed. So now I’m out of a paycheck for the day AND at this point all they can say is sorry. Extremely annoyed and honestly do not recommend living here.
