This by far has got to be the best apartments I have ever lived. Ms. Linda who has been here for a while has been so sweet with me and always takes the time to explain to me any questions I may have. And Mrs. Greyci who just started blew me away she is a great manager and I really feel happy to live here because I have never experienced a staff that genuinely cares the way I have now! Great place to live !! 5 stars for doing their absolute best!

Staff is very nice and highly responsive however there was a recurring issues with Roaches that was not able to be resolved. Surety deposit is non refundable and there are several add on charges be sure to go over. Thousands of dollars of furniture and goods had to be disposed of. Not one roach in my new place to be found. Unfortunately I cannot in good faith recommend this apartment complex.

This place is a nightmare to work with. If another tenant is causing an issue they won’t do anything about it. My apartment is filled with second hand smoke and they won’t do anything to stop the person smoking in the building. It’s a health hazard and they won’t take any action and are almost impossible to contact. They’re parking policy for guests is awful and the management is hard to work with and incompetent in problem solving and hard headed. Never move into a place that shows you a model and not the unit you’ll move into. DO NOT RENT HERE

This is by far the worst place to live. You think cause it’s cheap and the pictures make it look nice that it’s worth it. When I first moved in they charged me an extra $100 to move in 2 days early but when I got there my apartment was infested with roaches. Then Linda tried saying the guy who lived there before me didn’t let them know there was a roach infestation. So why would they let me spend $100 extra dollars to move in 2 extra days and not even be able to live there cause how nasty it was. Never got a refund. And don’t pay for reserved parking cause everybody’s gonna take your

Miss Marilyn, Miss Linda, Miss Rachel, Mr. Ian and Mr. Russel. Thank you for all you have done for us. Y’all took every concern we had and made it right. That was one of the most solid things to happen during these hard times for us. We feel 100% at home. I recommend cobble creek to anyone who wants to find an affordable place to live. Where people aren’t too nosey. And everyone is pretty laid back. Tomball isn’t the cheapest. And neither are these apartments. Ever since Joel left it's been going down here by far the worse place to live. Look forward to finally leaving this place. Since Covid-19 hit it's been worse instead of helping the ones that were out of work they throw lil contest for free rent or half off rent which obviously the ones out of work did not benefit. Plus if by some odd reason ya'll decide to move in here expect to park at the hospital most of the time as there are more reserved and visitors parking parking than anything.
