This place is a joke. its basically section 8. they will put a tow tag on ur car if its been sitting for longer than 3 days but the several cars that dont run and havent been moved in months dont get tow tagged. most of the tenants r trash. no one picks up after their dogs. the cops get called almost weekly. the amount of roaches when i moved in were appalling and some dead ones were PAINTED OVER. the sockets dont hold in plugs. the water stays hot for about 5 min. the front desk people will take pictures of the inside of the apartment thru the windows. the dumpsters only get emptied every 2 weeks

When we moved to Tomball from out of state we were looking for a place to stay in the same school district as the house we were building and Oak Bend met all of our housing needs. We opted for the 2 bedroom townhouse and it fit our family well. The community is typically quiet and feels safe. We did not run into any maintenance issues while we were there either. Overall, it was a nice place to stay!

When my family & I first moved here arianna was the manager here which at first was great & had no problems till an incident happened which the apartments tried to blame my family for. In the end they failed and we got a new apartment. Not long after arianna quit & we got the new manager Issac! He’s great & always helps me or my family when we have issues & actually answers the phone when I call. Mike the maintenance guy is absolutely amazing! I can’t put into words how good of a worker he is, he always puts the residents first & is really quick to get your work orders done! These 2 guys have

I just recently moved here a few days ago and I must say that Isaac and TJ are the best!! Isaac makes sure everything is on point!!! He gets the work done all you have to do is mention it once and its taken care of!!! TJ is also very warm and loving, she gets things taken care of right a way as well!! Thank you guys so much for relieving my stress level!!!

I wish zero stars was an option... I regret moving here. I’ve had multiple issues since I’ve moved in almost four months ago and not one has been fixed. My second month I was so angry they gave me half off the rent and promised the next Monday everything would be fixed, here I am almost two months later and they have yet to come even look at anything. I have a two year old son & I’m currently pregnant the bugs here are absolutely horrible. No matter how many times you put roach bait or spray or clean they don’t seam to get any better. My air conditioner hasn’t been below 83 degrees one

Been living here for more than 4 years and ive enjoyed my stay. Every time I have encountered issues with my apartment regarding to A.C. issues, bathrooms, kitchen, floors, etc. The staff were here to help as soon as they were able to. Leasing office Staff very professional and friendly. Many upgrades over the years, especially recently. New patios, Newly painted buildings, and pool is getting a touch up as well! I Would totally recommend these apartments.

Alright. So I don't even know where to start, so I'll just start from the beginning. My wife and I moved from Indiana to Tomball, Texas in 2015. We found Oak Bend Place and the "model" apartment looked great! We immediately put a deposit down and a week later we were moved in. We got there and signed the lease, asked to see the apartment and it was NOTHING like the model. Not even close! But, we honestly had no where else to go so we moved in. Ariana told us that the cabinets were wood, the floors were replaced, and that she even lived in the complex, so we were hopeful. We gave a list of everything

I have lived here for the last 8 months, I think these apartments are awesome. They just put a gazebo and a new grill in the pool area, and I see them working on the dog park (not sure what they are doing). Office staff is friendly, maintenance guy is cool. I have not seen a single roach by the way, but I am a neat freak.
