When you go to schedule a tour of this place, they demand to have your credit card information. (I suspect that is so that they can run a credit check on you but there are easier ways to do this than to get peoples credit card information. And it is not safe to give that out like that). That is extremely sketchy. Not to mention, when I tried to call them and request a tour without giving my credit card information, which they do not need and are not going to charge me for a tour so they should not be asking for it, they demanded that I give it and they said that that’s the only way to do a tour

Really enjoyed it here! All of the staff (Lani, Claudia, Adriana, Sylvia, and Alicia) were so welcoming and caring. We lived there for almost two years and were so thankful we did. Great amenities, responsive maintenance, and great location. It is close to the metro station, a Safeway, Tysons Corner, and the 495 freeway. Definitely worth it!

I lived in about 3 different high rises in the Tysons area and by far this is the worst experience I ever had. When I first moved in the leasing office people were so nice and helpful. I trusted them and didn't even get a chance to visit my apartment before moving in and that is the first time I have ever done that. The counter top had stains that could not be removed I mentioned my first day here and nothing was done about it even though they promised me for a new one. I'm a recent resident at the Kingston and couldn't be happier with where I live. First of all, the location is INCREDIBLE. It's right outside Tysons, so you can avoid awful Tysons traffic, yet still basically walking distance. Everything you will ever need is 5-15 minutes away. Grocery store? 2 mins. Walmart/Target? 10 mins. Gym? There's one in the building, but others 3 mins. DC? 15 mins. Second, the building itself is breathtaking. It's always sparkling clean and smells amazing. I've been torn between giving this place a 3-star or 4-star rating. The Pros: Beautiful building, great location, and great team. The cons: Thin walls within apartment, cheap appliances (Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher), and water temperature regulation. The best way to describe this place is that the cover looks great, but otherwise, not much else I could rave about. Often times, I found myself frustrated with how poorly the water temperature is regulated. Recently got news that there will be water maintenance service. Pre-Maintenance: the water went from cold to boiling hot, no in between. Post-Maintenance

She went above and beyond to get me everything I needed and always responded in a friendly, patient manner considering I had a million questions. She would call/email me back promptly and was always pleasant to talk to. She is very knowledgeable in her field and was able to provide all necessary information I requested. So where do I start? Should I start with how clean the building is at all times? Or how all my guest always say how amazing it smells once you walk in? Maybe I should start with the amazing amenities and events they have for us. Looking for your next home can be a stressful experience, but Eddie Villareal at Kingston made the experience pleasant and actually a lot of fun. After touring three other locations, I felt most comfortable and at ease here working with an individual focused on getting me the right apartment fit. I enjoyed seeing all that this property had to offer, and the knowledgeable and delightful staff make it all worthwhile. My family and I moved into Kingston and we couldn't be happier. The staff is extremely helpful, everyone from Concierge, maintenance, to the office ladies. Everyone is very nice and made our move so easy. Being one of the first residents in the building has its perks! It's quiet and the gym is always empty! The few neighbors I have seen are very friendly. Our home is cozy and my family feels safe and at home. The only negative feedback we have are the ventless dryers and that half the building is still under construction. Overall we are happy that we moved in!

My wife and I took a hard hat tour of the building before it opened. The amenities here set this building apart from all of the other new luxury high rises in Tyson's. The gym is fantastic and it even has a children's play room! The best part though is the staff. Jessica, the manager, has been super helpful and is very knowledgeable about the area. We're looking forward to moving in soon!

I recently did a hard hat tour because the property is not currently open. This is a great apartment building with a very chic and cool vibe. The amenities are the best in the area, especially the gym. There is a stair master and other machines that are typically not in residential buildings. The team for the Kingston is very responsive and put together. They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Overall I would definitely recommend Kingston to anyone looking in the Tyson's market

My family and I toured this newly built apartments yesterday and was impressed with the staff. Jessica, the manager was very courteous and responsive to all of our inquiries before the visit (via email and phone). Also, the building has outstanding amenities, including a kid's play room, which my kids loved. Additionally, Kastlee, one of the leasing agents who showed us the place was exemplary. She was kind, patient, and always had a smile on her face. I can tell she is passionate about what she does and she genuinely wanted us to find the right apartment.
