At your Tyson's Corner apartment home, things should be simple. Amenities such as a 3,000 square foot athletic club, on-site pharmacy, Starbucks, Harris-Teeter grocer, and a spacious courtyard embody convenience and comfort. But when you do have to head out, The Lofts at Park Crest's location, in Tyson's Corner, just minutes from the Capital Beltway for an easy commute to DC, simplifies things even further.

I've been a resident for less than a months now. I truly can't say I have anything to complain about. Everything is automated and no stone goes unturned. Everything I put on my move-in inspection was adressed immediately and they were all minor issues that occur during any apt turnover.
So Far...So Good! This is my 2nd Greystar Property. I lived in the other community for 9 years. I think that says a mouth full.

Lived here for over 8 years now. This location has great access to parks, recreation, shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. The new management team (including Doug and his maintenance staff) led by Ashley is AWESOME! Unlike the previous company, they are very responsive, friendly and professional. They have done so many long overdue updates and repairs since they are on board. During over 4+ years of negligence by the former management company, residents lived through frequent hot water issues, elevator breakdowns, alarm malfunctions, and ZERO seasonal maintenance/annual checkup services

Where do I start?! I’m highly impressed with The Lofts and ofcourse also with Ashley Cicero (community manager) who was wonderful, responsive and welcoming. I was blown away by how tidy and clean the apartment was prior to move in, and the attention to detail. There were hardly any issues and the maintenance team was quick to fix a few small things. The process was very smooth and I’m glad to be a part of this community. I will provide an update at the end of my stay.

I love the community here. The neighbors are friendly and the staff is great! My only complaint is the apartment we’re staying in has a few (minor) things that need to be fixed. We’ve called maintenance, but still have issues with these things. Other than that, love the neighborhood, location, staff, neighbors, and building!

I've really enjoyed the The Lofts at Park Crest. The staff and Hello Alfred staff have all been amazing. I wish there were a few more amenities around pets. I'd looooove to see a couple of wash/dry stations for dogs.
I love my apartment and the finishes/appliances and layout. :)
If I could change one thing, it'd be some annoying guy near my apartment that smokes. It drives me nuts. Other than that, it is a clean, respectful environment. :)

I will begin with the things I really enjoy about this community. The staff is friendly, there is a harris teeter conveniently located in the same building, the amenities are nice and easily accessible, parking is very nice and user friendly. This place is very accommodating to guests and their parking too no issues. No need to leave your apartment for passes or reserving spaces and all that crap most other places put you through. I also like the high ceilings.
Prior to signing up, I had high hopes for this place and it was well presented. I was oversold to say the least. Now to begin addressing

I've been living at The Lofts at Park Crest for almost two years. Ever since Greystar changed their management in 2018 without any notification whatsoever to the residents, it has been one issue after the next with the hot water, building fire alarms and the worst of all, my kitchen sink is still getting overflowed with sewage back up from someone else's apartment after FIVE maintenance work orders!! This is unacceptable for a property that features luxury apartment homes and fine living facilities in a high end area of Mclean.

This is a review for the apartment viewing and lease signing experience.
My girlfriend and I walked toured an apartment with Anastasia. She was cheery, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She showed us around with a smile and even laughed at my bad jokes. After we toured the complex at our soon-to-be apartment, she explained with full transparency the leasing process, pricing and what we need to do in order to get a special that was going on. We both loved our experience with Anastasia.
A couple days later, we decided to move forward with leasing the apartment. Anastasia wasn't available, but

TLDR: It's a nice place, but I'm not sure it's worth the cost.
I had the Doral floorplan and lived there for just over a year.
Pros:
* The apartment itself is good. It's clean, has a good layout and an appealing design.
* The concrete walls and floors are good soundproofing. I never hear my neighbors except in the halls.
* The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful.
* There is a 24-hour Harris Teeter in the building. It is so nice to be able to get groceries without having to set foot outside!
Cons:
* Maintenance is hit or miss. The wifi in the fitness center had been broken for

The Lofts at Park Crest was the best place I ever lived, but it was time in our lives for various reasons to buy a house. We lived at the Lofts for just under four years. They have a huge gym that no other apartments can match. The appliances are awesome. We already miss our refrigerator and dishwasher at the Lofts. We lived on the side with the loading docks but felt that our apartment was still quiet and were never awakened at night. The convenience of having Harris Teeter downstairs is ridiculous. We now have to actually plan what we are going to eat for the week, drive to the store, and stock

Everything About This Place Is Ah-Maz-ING!!!! Amazing is an understatement. Harris Teeter is right downstairs. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful pool area. Just wonderful. We definitely will be staying again.
If I *HAD* to find anything wrong - when we got in our room, all the lights were on. Lol. Im used to being at my house where I tell the kids to turn the lights off once they leave a room. But it only added to how beautiful the room is.
Our garage key fob didn't work at first but the wonderful lady at the front desk just gave us hers and it was no

Overall this has been a pretty good place to live over the past year. There was a constant problem with the side door being broken and left open to the street and an alarm always ringing, but the former manager Michael was excellent. I am pregnant and needing to move to a larger place and the 2 bedrooms here are way overpriced. I was told that management would work with me on either moving early since my lease is up on my due date or on an extended month to month option. They did offer me only a $100 a month increase to stay for 4 months, but this is not exactly working with me. I really should

Best building I've ever lived at! Michael is the BEST manager. Never thought this mattered but "you don't know till you know." Very thick walls/ceilings, so you never hear you were neighbors at all. The building is very clean in the gym is the best you'll find in any apartment building or condo. Absolutely zero complaints and I also love the architecture and the super high ceilings. I lived here for about two years before buying a house in Fairfax. Thank you for the great experience.

I have lived at the Lofts for almost two years now. We decided to move from Arlington to Tysons to be closer to work. We toured three places in the area, but the Lofts felt right. The apartments have very high-end Kitchen Aid appliances and gas ranges (very rare in the DC area I've found). The gym is a great size and is larger than previous apartments I've lived in (and with fewer residents). There is a Harris Teeter on the first floor that is open 24/7 (residents do not share parking with HT customers). During our first year here, the resident director (Michael), had left to California

My husband and I have lived at The Lofts (this time around) for just over a year. We previously lived here from 2009-2010, moved to a condo rental until the owner decided to sell. We didn't hesitate to return here to The Lofts. We absolutely love the convenience of living and working on Tysons Corner. And, how cool is it to have a fully-stocked pantry (i.e. Harris Teeter) in your basement?
The management, specifically, Jessica, and maintenance are absolutely terrific. If something as simple as a lightbulb change is needed, repairs are handled in a timely manner.
I wouldn't hesitate

My fiancé and I were looking to relocate to the east coast and while this job transfer for my husband is extremely stressful, the team at The Lofts has made this process very painless. The agent I originally spoke to, Naveed, was extremely knowledgeable and immediately put me at ease, he walked me through the leasing process, discuss in details the surrounding area and explained to me how it would be a great fit for my family. I was sold when I was told that there is a grocery store that is accessible through the building! Doesn't get more connivence than that. He even sent me pictures of

I lived here for a year and a half and had a great experience! The apartments are really nice and spacious. Nothing beats the convenience of living above a grocery store, and the gas range was a nice surprise too. The management, especially Michael, were great and made me feel welcome from day one. The concierge staff was great as well and made my life easier on a number of occasions when I had special requests. Gym is really nice and the equipment is always available. Pool area is great to lounge in during the summer.
My only major complaint was that people left shopping carts in the halls sometimes

New to the area, we lived here for nearly a year while searching for a home to buy and then renovate. The location is in perfect proximity to shopping, schools, parks, restaurants, DC and walkable to many large corporate HQ's. Grocery and Starbucks are right downstairs. The Lofts are very well run and the units are modern and comfortable. The staff is super friendly... which as a NY'er, freaked me out at first. Parking is very good... Large, well lit and secure. Gym is well equipped. Couldn't be more pleased with our time there. Going to miss it!

We lived at the Lofts for two years. It was an easy decision to resign for the second year. The community is small, but in a good way. You start to recognize other residents, the concierge, and management. Rather than feeling like a number, you definitely feel at home.
Michael became the resident director almost immediately upon me starting my lease. He's done a great job of listening to residents and addressing any concerns they might have. At one point, I had the mother-in-law coming to stay with us and so I wanted to have all my walls repainted. Though he had no obligation at all, Michael
