Moving across country can be an extremely stressful and sometimes challenging process. I've had to meet this challenge four times from coast to coast thus far in my career. What makes this process a little easier is finding the perfect location to live and having staff at this location that can make your transition a lot less stressful. That is what I found at PeachTree of McLean. Working with Jullissa was amazing and 90% of the process was completed over the phone and via email. All we had to do was show up, sign a few documents and we were all set at our new place. She was extremely helpful,

I am a tenant here. I woke up one morning to a leak in the ceiling. Not too bad but I needed a couple towels to dry up. Ceiling was wet in spots. I put in a request to have it fixed. Within a week they came out 3 separate occasions to fix the issue by cutting out the drywall, placing new drywall then coming back the next day to paint. Very attentive to my concern.

Lived here during the pandemic for a year. Can't beat the combination of location, price, schools, and apartment size. Landscaping is beautiful and the park nearby is a bonus. Great pool during the summer months. Great maintenance team and concierge service. However, apartments are really old and overdue for renovation. We lived in the garden apartments and experienced a multitude of maintenance issues in the one year we lived there. The maintenance team and management are great, all issues were addressed promptly. However, the nature of the issues we experienced made me feel unsafe. We had a fire

I've been a resident of Peach Tree of McLean for 9 years. I's hard to find a better place. Great location and neighborhood. There is a nice and well maintained pool that my family like to use every summer. The apartment has a decent size and fair price comparable with other apartment complexes in the area.
Property manager Shafeeza and her great maintenance team Noe, Rene and Chris are very friendly and always quick and responsive to any questions or requests. During these 9 years I made friends with a few or the neighbors and overall we have a great community here. Oh, and did I mention that

You will find good and bad reviews always......... Came to the apartments very skeptical due to the poor comments in Google, and poor response on emails and phone to get information, however decided to give a chance since a friend had a great experience with management and the complex at all so why not right.....? great location, and fair price.....
Well.... based on personal experience, I did the self guided tour and the quick meeting with the leasing agent. The apartment was super spacious but I was there for 10 minutes tops and I could feel as if I was hanging out with the upstairs neighbors

Lived here for 2 and a half years. Overall it's a good place to stay due to the great location. Apartment sizes are decent and rent is ok. Maintenance staff is good.
Major cons though:
1. If you are in the garden style apartments, the ceilings are horrible. You can hear your upstairs neighbors even walking from one room to another. Super creaky. Just for this reason I would recommend not moving here. We've since moved to another building also of wooden construction but the difference is day and night!
2. Management is not friendly. They charged us upwards of $700 for some stains on the carpet

I spent my formative high school years at this apartment complex, and I loved it! I have so many wonderful memories of the time spent here with family and friends. I loved it for its location and all the amenities it had. I especially liked how everything was walking distance and the landscaping was beautiful. It was easy knowing your neighbors because Peach Tree made it a community which is so valuable. Thank you for being such a wonderful home.

Here for the second time, liked it enough the first time to return after spending time overseas. The best combination of price, location, and quality of life in the area. I have had minor maintenance fixes at both my current apartment and the old apartment, and both times maintenance was there the very next day and fixed all the issues with no problem at all. Ample parking with no fee, no trash fees, actually there are no annoying hidden fees at all unlike most of the other properties in the area. Decent gym and good clubhouse, excellent courtyard and a small city park is adjacent. Very satisfied

My experience at Peachtree has been pretty good. I've been living here about 6 months, and the best part is that it's uneventful. Nothing breaks suddenly, no problems at all. I've interacted multiple times with Michal, the leasing consultant and it's always been a pleasure working with him. He's friendly, understands your problems, and helps you sort them out as if he was personally having that problem. There is some noise from the above floors when people walk, but I'm ok with it.
