Do not be fooled by Avril - there are ROACHES in almost every unit. If you are considering this apartment, just ask the residents.
I noticed she replied to a comment stating that this was out of the norm. However, this directly contradicts the complex wide pest treatment that was performed in the summer of 2021. Also, the roach infestation got WORSE after the treatment. Stating that this is not the norm for this complex is a lie, and downright irresponsible. I think I saw over 20 roaches while I was living here.
Avril also did not give us the 5 days stated in our lease to complete our move in

Alister Falls Church is a great place to live. The staff is amazing and we appreciate all of the extra effort they have put into holiday events and decorations for their residents. 5 stars!
Saidu and Delonte have been doing a great job keeping the Alister apartments safe during winter time. Really appreciate all the hard work they are doing by keeping the sidewalks clean and putting salt down.

I love Alister Falls Chruch from the maintenance team to the excellent service the office staff provides I wish I could add 5 more stars Mill Creek Residential has great taste in professionalism if your looking for nice people nice location full of Excitement of things to do for you and your family this is the spot!!!

It has been a pleasure to call Alister home for the past year. After lounging all summer long at the pool, we slip into winter months- our home is still flooded with light. My child has space to spread out and play on the floor and so do I. You can find me on the balcony with a cup of tea, contemplating how lucky we are to have found such an astounding place to live. Thank you as well to the staff, especially shout out to the kindness of Miss Avril, Mr Saidu and Mr Delante who we see often, whether playing pool at the club house, or just passing by.

My husband and I so enjoy living at the Allister. The location of the complex in Falls Church, the size of our newly renovated apartment, and the location of our building/unit within the complex are truly perfect for us. Non-reserved parking can be difficult to find near our unit after ~8pm. Saidu and Delonte have always taken care of any issues we've encounter while living at the Allister! Both of these members of the maintenance team are incredibly friendly and helpful. From a broken light switch cover in the bathroom to our furnace pilot light going out unexpectedly to a toilet tank issue..

I don't even know where to start. One just a waste of money here. I'm not one to write reviews but living here was just terrible. We moved in.... we signed the lease.... a month later they lost our lease. All of our information was on that lease. On that lease we wrote everything that was wrong with the apartment when we moved in ( by the way nothing got fixed and now we are being charged for it) the building had a gas leak. The fire department was there at least once or twice a week. Never figured out where it was coming from. There was a vacant apartment upstairs that wasn't locked

Overall, I am happy to live here and call my apartment, Home Sweet Home . My temperament sees the glass half full, thus the excellent rating. 1, I moved here so that my daughter could attend school in the Lemon Rd., Kilmer Middle, and Marshall High boundary. The rigorous academic environment prepared her for acceptance in a top tier research private University. 2, An excellent location in the Tysons Corner area within minutes to Rt. 66 and the Beltway making my commute to work easy accessible. 3, Quiet, peaceful, safe neighborhood with very nice neighbors. 4, Modern, comfortable with bright windows

Good apartments in an excellent location with the convenience of variety of stores and metro station very nearby.
Maintenance staff are punctual and professional.
A little upgrades to the Apartments will definitely be welcomed.
The management has recently changed and I'm looking forward for the positive changes instore for the apartments.
