If a negative star was allowed, I would give it that. This place has a bug problem to the highest degree. They are overpriced and continually goes up on rent, yet we have NO amenities. No pool, fitness room, playground, you name it, we don't have it. The old office managers Sherry and Kenyatta were great and took into consideration the concerns. Whoever is in there now, if you know, let us know because we don't see them, they don't answer phone calls or emails and I am beginning to wonder if anyone works there. It can't be busy because no one is moving in and no one is looking at units. Did I mention

If I could give this community no stars I would. The worst experience living here. False advertising, I was not able to view the apartment due to them not having one to show, but insisted that I look at the pictures online. The NEW property manager Mike is unprofessional. The company do bandaid jobs. Has no amenities, but the location is great and low-key.

I lived here since 2019. I chose these apartments due to the proximity to my work and my daughters school. The location is perfect . It is very quiet and serene. There is lots of road construction going on at the moment. There are no amenities at present such as a pool or fitness center. The grounds are fair. The maintenance staff is very responsive and professional. There is too much turnover in the office staff. These apartments are good for this stage of my life.

I only gave one star because of the location. Other than that, they would have received none of it were possible. These are the worst apartments I have every lived in. The apartments are old, and have not been taken care of properly. There has been no amenities, pool, gym for 2 years, yet the rent continues to increase. All of the office staff changes monthly. I was moved into a termite infested unit, and when I asked about the flying insects covering the floor, I was told my maintenance that they were only flying ants that could be vacuumed out. Obviously, that was not the case, I had to contact

Moved here in 2017 and experienced multiple management changes but never had any real complaints. Everything I needed fixed got fixed, and I always felt comfortable in it. The city is building a road through the complex at this time which will probably continue for a few years, but it’s no real major inconvenience.

My husband has been a resident for over 15 years. I moved here 5 years ago and Karen has been phenomenal with making sure her residents are happy. She responds quickly into my inquiries and always in contact. Very kind and professional. Also, maintenance is good and this is a great/safe place to stay.
