They NEVER answer the phone , don’t even bother wasting time leaving a voicemail because they won’t return that . I FINALLY got someone to answer and birth certificates are required to apply! Social security cards are one thing but birth certificates. For what exactly not sure . I’ve contacted some of the nicest apartments around (Riverside, Redlands , Rancho) and they don’t even require that. This place is a joke

I have being leaving here for 4 years and they don't fix things right one off the bathroom has being leaking water for more than 48hours call emergency maintenance and they said that they get to it when they have a chance. My wife's car window was broken and they took her tires too and right in front off the cameras and the manager said she can't do anything about it also very poor management especially the head of the property manager she's rude and always says I can't do much about

I actually love living here. The grounds are always clean and it's relatively quiet. However, the only reason they don't get 5 stars from me because every single damn time I go to load my laundry card (which can only be done in the main office) the manager is gone. Everyone is gone. It'll be 2 pm and no clock on the door and everything is shut up and locked. I thought, "Maybe it's late lunch," the first time, but after coming back every 15 minutes for an hour it was clear that they were gone of the day. This has now happened 3 times.

So I've been living here since December 2015 and they had remodel some stuff before we moved in. Buildings paint, playground etc. it's a really nice place to live in. It is quiet and clean. You don't see people hanging around at night or barely and noise. But man, my apartment is filled with roaches. And I don't know if it's every unit, but I can not get ride of them. I've put roach boxes in every corner of my kitchen, I've had raid to spray them and they just won't end. It's insane how many I have it's so frustrating cus I have to clean everyday due to me stepping on them everywhere when I turn
