Dr. Ann Voss is a neuro-developmental, therapeutic optometrist who has been serving the larger Houston area since 1989. Her passion and dedication to helping people with neurological, developmental, or functional vision challenges shines through with all her patients and office team. She graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin in Biology and the University of Houston, College of Optometry.
Here at Bellaire Family Eye Care, we want to do everything we can to ensure that your eyes are healthy and that you can see without any trouble. To accomplish this, we offer a variety of services to both help you with any current issues as well as catch problems before they become a hassle. Contacts - Contacts are a great option if you have vision problems.

Dry eye is a multi-factorial disease of the tears and ocular surface that results in symptoms of discomfort, visual disturbance, and tear film instability with potential damage to the ocular surface. It is accompanied by increased osmolarity (concentration of salts) of the tear film and inflammation of the ocular surface.

My family has been going to Bellaire Family Eye for several years now and we love them! The staff are all very wonderful. The facility was recently remodeled amd it’s beautiful, which is the icing on the cake did this place. Dr. Kazmi is our doctor and she is seriously the best eye doctor I’ve ever had (and I’ve been wearing glasses for over 40 years now!). She is extremely thorough, takes her time and is very personable. I never have to wait to be seen for more than 5 minutes. My family highly recommends this facility and all the amazing staff that work there!

Was referred by a friend several years ago. My family will never go to another eye place. Friendly staff and doctors that are very thorough. They take their time making sure any and all questions/concerns have been answered. They also have a deep scan machine available to monitor and compare scans when you return each year. It's great peace of mind knowing we have a place to go that truly takes care of my families vision needs.

I had an eye appointment a while ago & went to visit. I was welcomed by a very beautiful nice young lady by the name of Valerie at the front desk. She was soooo sweet and took such good care of me. I've never felt more important in such a place. I truly had an amazing experience at Bellaire, and that Valerie woman deserves it all. Thanks for the help!

I have been coming here for years. I have been a patient of Dr. Moore for several years. I have many strange and unusual eye issues, and she is always able to correctly diagnose and help me to feel better. I 100% recommend this practice for both adults and children. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Conveniently located in Bellaire not far from 610.

All of the other reviews are accurate. Was easy to get in and everyone is very friendly. Had a very nice experience in a good location with free parking. The doctor was friendly and informative. Nobody was pushy on extra services. I have a basic nearsighted issue so I can't speak to those with complex vision issues. For me it was great.

I have been going to BFEC for the past 15 years! Everyone is very helpful and Dr. Moore does everything possible to make sure you are getting the most out of your insurance ... I don't know any other doctor that does that! She takes the time to make sure you understand everything and are comfortable during your appointment. She never pushes any tests that she doesn't think are necessary. This is absolutely the best optometrist office! I have recommended them to friends who also loved Dr. Moore!

Great facility. Always very nice and courteous staff. Loretta at the front desk is so welcoming and Dr. Tucker is great. She is very proficient and getting to the root of my eye issues. Always getting the right contacts for my eyes. The website is good. Hard to make appointments on the website but it seems those things are always a problem at every other doctors office. All in all, a great place, great staff, and great doctors.
