I've been living here for almost two years and I have a love hate relationship with this place. As far as the property its cool. If you're looking for something quiet keep looking. Management does absolutely nothing for people who do not follow rules. Neighbors are freaking loud. You complain, complain, complain and NOTHING! The acoustic is horrible! I am in the process of trying to find something else..its ridiculous here. What was love is now HATE!!

Online gamers and those who work from home, beware. The REQUIRED SHARED Spectrum internet and tv bundle is terrible. I was disconnected 3 times in an hour this morning. Tech showed up 2 hours late one day. And refused to wait 5 minutes the next. Horrible service and Spectrum themselves seems to be confused by the plan this community has. Nice enough apartments. With available units unlocked and open for anyone to enter at anytime and close proximity to numerous extended stay hotels, my daughter does not play outside without supervision. Neighbors are mostly quiet and friendly. Hardwood floors sound

Today I was approved for an apartment and was assisted by a nice young lady by the name of Stephanie. She did an amazing job giving me all the details and answering every single question with a smile. I have been a property manager before and I must say she would be a person that Id love to have if I was still a PM. Great job Stephanie! I cant wait to move in.

I couldn't expect more than what I get here! Huge and beautiful pool, incredible staff and a location seeming situated right in the middle of everything! I moved in almost six months ago, have had two service requests with both being resolved either the day of or the next day! Highly recommend checking this place out, oh and do it while it is hot outside and grab one of the free ice cream sandwiches being handed out at the pool by the management! You're welcome!

Current Resident Nov 2018 - current, I've had no issues here. Night Courtesy Officer is amazing. Put a call in about the building electricity going out at 430am during a storm, it was back on within an hour. Staff are always nice and polite. The person that complained about the 60 day NOTICE... you signed it... that's every apt I've lived in. I have no bugs in my apt, some people just live nasty I guess, you can also call for unscheduled pest control to come to your apt. All my maintenance requests are done within 24 hours, unless it's the weekend... if it's not a severe issue, then Monday. It
