A non-refundable security deposit is required and can be anywhere from $0 to a full month's rent. No utilities are included in your rent amount, but all your utilities are paid with your rent. The only thing you must set up separately is your electric account, Piedmont gas must provide account numbers prior to receiving keys.

I lived there for several years, and in that time I had TWO motorcycles stolen from there. TWO!!! After that I had to rent a storage building close by to store my third one, after which I decided to buy a house since it was cheaper and more secure than living in an apartment. After talking to the police they said that multiple motorcycles have been stolen from this property. When I talked to management they said pretty much nothing as it is not a gated apartment. Keep this is mind if you rent here - motorcycles are ripe for the picking.

Everything about this complex is great. Quiet Neigbors, Beautiful Landscaping, and competitive pricing. Stacey, the gentleman who does most of the work interacting with current and prospective tenants, is an incredible guy. I believe he was recently promoted to Property Manager. I’ve lived here for almost 3 months, and everything has gone perfectly.
In summary: This is a beautiful complex. Make sure you ask for Stacey if/when you visit! I will only do business with him, he's the best!!!

420 friendly. Seriously, Carol the crabby old lady in the office does NOT CARE. If you are looking for a good place to get high, move here. She will never call the courtesy officer, NEVER knock on your door, never respond to your neighbor's complaints... she loves to tell people "just plug your drains" 🤣🤣🤣 so yeah, WEED WELCOME. MOVE HERE TO SMOKE POT. RUN A BUSINESS FROM YOUR UNIT. It will literally never be addressed.

I recently moved from Gleneagle and my time there was pleasant. The office people were helpful and the property was very clean. I only had 1 maintenance issue but they repaired it quickly and were always friendly. It was quite and a good location close to my work. I would recommend. Sometimes parking was tight but otherwise no complaints

Stacey in the office is the best thing about this place Carol is so rude and disrespectful I supposed to talk to someone over her going on 6 months now and still have not heard from the lady ... it took 3 months for my work order for everything I needed fix to go through... they are nice and spacious don’t get me wrong but as far as comfortable and depending on great customer service and feeling comfortable asking questions so forth and so on it’s a NO .... Stacey is amazing though and will always do his best to reverse a mistake

I live there currently and I love the management team. Maintenance is "johnnie on the spot" whenever I have had an issue. I love my upstairs neighbors. They are redoing the siding and trying to keep things up but recently we have had some not so great neighbors and some good ones move because of the bad ones -- lets keep this place nice for all of us -- I want to stay here and feel safe -- Lets all be considerate neighbors like don't throw your trash around and be considerate to your neighbors.
