Apartment doors are kicked in and people are robbed, homeless people hang outside all hours of the day, management takes months to replace broken appliances, and the property management company and insurer screwed me out of my deductible and the diminished value of my brand new car that their faulty automated gate damaged. Avoid this place like the plague, it's run by clowns.

My husband and I have resided here for 2 1/2 years and we couldn’t be happier. We’ve lived here throughout the pandemic and have never felt our health or safety were compromised. We always know the standard of cleanliness is high and the staff is always quick to help and respond. Kate, April, Portia, and past concierges like Maurice and Maria are always so personable and helpful. Doug, Willfredo, Mustafa, and Henry ensure the facilities are always working perfectly and the kept clean. We hope to continue living here for years to come.

Moved into 777 South Broad in the last week of august. A huge changeover date. Tim (property manager) and Kate (concierge) had time slots very organize and were on site on a Saturday. The move in went smoother than expected. The apartment was very clean and well kept when we moved in. Tim followed up multiple times to see if our move was going well and if we needed anything. The apartment building is very well kept with thorough cleanings every morning. The lobby is beautiful with extra rooms to throw private parties or just go down for a quick game of pool. Let me tell you, moving into an apartment with kids from a huge house is extremely scary but Kate, Will, Henry, Tim and the other staff has truly made our move in so smooth and welcoming. Everyone here is so kind & helpful. The only regret I have is not choosing this place as soon we toured it. I was looking for something else not realizing this was our new home all along. It’s a smaller building but with a diverse crowd of residents and yet everyone seems to love it here. And to whoever is cooking those delicious smelling meals, please invite us over already 😂.

I moved into this community about 4 months ago and I couldn't be happier. It is a friendly community and the managers on site are splendid. I've had minor service requests which have been filled in very short time and satisfactorily. Every time I get to my building I feel welcomed and happy to be able to live in such well maintained and peaceful environment. Moving here was a great decision.

I've been in Philly for 7 years now and 777 is the best place I've stayed since coming, hands down. The rooms are beautiful and the building is well maintained. The manager, Brandon, legitimately cares and handles requests SO quickly. The concierge and guest parking makes having friends over super easy. It's across the street from Sprout (the best grocery store in Philly), Target, Chipotle, etc. Oh and the view of the city from the roof is 10/10.

Do NOT live here. The apartments are great, the location is great, but the stomping that occurs overhead just about every night, and sometimes at 1 or 2 am in the morning, since we moved here 15 months ago is driving us INSANE!!! The management apparently is helpless to do anything about it and it is interfering with our daily and professional lives and detracting from our enjoyment of the living situation. We feel we have no other recourse but get an attorney to get us out of here before we are totally losing our mind.

I love this place, phenomenal people. Gym was awesome! Brandon is fantastic, very good at taking time to listen to me and other people around campus, and was always great at executing the solutions to any problems. The culture is great, wonderful vibes with the people. I was able to get quality sleep, and the bathrooms were very solid. Overall, anyone can find this experience to be very enjoyable. I would live here again if I worked in the area

My roommate and I moved in August 2018 in what felt like a “meant to be” series of events. We had been apartment hunting for weeks and felt very disappointed with our options. We walked in to 777 to see if anyone was available to give a tour. Fortunately, Brandon could show us a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. As soon as we walked in, my roommate and I looked at each other and we knew we were home. We signed the lease an hour later. The apartment is spacious with plenty of closet space. There’s plenty of light with the floor to ceiling windows.

What makes most things great or amazing is the experience you have. I have been here 5 days and the experience is amazing. The pre-leasing meeting, the follow ups, the professionalism, the meeting every expectation I have has been 5 stars all the way. The staff, especially Amazing Anya and Nate have been just fantastic along the way so far. Looking forward to an amazing journey here at 777!

Anya’s commitment to detail and thorough follow through is exactly what makes this a wonderful place to live. 777 S. Broad was great for the first years I was here: the staff took care of the residents as if they were family. Under Aimco, we lost our 24/7 concierge, which is difficult for people who need help with packages and calling taxis. I was treated rudely when I asked for help with a package and told it was my problem if no one were there to help. I don't know anyone here now who is happy.

We recently moved into this building after receiving an amazing tour and being told that we would have easy access to the garage, 24/7 concierge (it was specifically stated during the tour, and move in, that someone would always be at the front desk), and a quick responding maintenance team. Our lease started and we couldn't move in right away because they had not finished prepping the apartment, fine we figured not a big deal, we walked around the apartment quick to see what needed fixing on our own, informed them of our list, and gave them an extra week. If i could rate this building a zero, I would. I used to feel safe and happy to live here, a place I've called home for the past five years. Since the new management took over in May 2018, they've implemented so many changes including the discontinuation of 24/7 concierge services have made most residents like myself feel less safe and vulnerable in an area where crime is rampant. What's more they are charging "services" that we weren't charged for in the past without any effort of transparency. Maintenance and housekeeping are sub par, the leasing officers now functioning

I have lived in this building for 2 years. When Aimco recently bought it we have seen a constant reduction in amenities including the most recent loss of 24/7 onsite concierge. They claim to still have concierge service, but now it is an off-site call center "concierge" who lets in anyone into the building creating a big security risk in an area well known for violent crimes. Aimco has been one of the worst companies I've had to deal with. I do not recommend this building or any building Aimco manages.

When we were hunting for apartments, 777 S. Broad was a real standout in terms of the sense of community that we felt talking with other renters, the concierges (more on that later), and the leasing team. The vibe was 100% upbeat, friendly and positive. This was largely due to the super efficient and genuinely friendly concierges on-site 24/7. And additionally, the amenities and apartment were a good value for the rental fee.

My roommate and I were scheduled to see 8 apartment complexes one day, 777 South Broad being one of them. We viewed about 3-4 of them before coming here and were actually really interested in the first property we saw. But as soon as we came to 777 we instantly fell in love, cancelled all other viewings, and signed that day. It really was all thanks to Brandon Castro, one of the managers here. Not only was he on point and willing to do everything he could to accommodate us, he was super friendly with all the tenants we passed, making us feel like this a place where we would really feel at home
