Worse apartments I’ve ever lived in. Tangle wood apartments are better than these! Do not live here if you want to be living with Ants and others and hearing everything. and never have any parking spaces. Bugs everywhere even the bathroom. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone and I can’t wait to move out. The rent is way to high for these outdated units.

Do not live here. Maintenance requests take months to fill, no matter how many times you call, and the office staff is always "on break" for hours at a time, or they simply leave three hours early. The rent and utilities they charge here is absolutely outrageous for how blatantly they refuse to take care of their tenants. I've lived here for 4 years and when the new management took over, everything completely fell apart. Do not live here.

Beacon Hill is an amazing community to live in. Management is very attentive and they’re always looking to make their tenants comfortable. I like the fact that it is a large community, but everyone is friendly and makes an effort to get to know one another. It’s a good community if you have pets, lots of greenery for your pet to enjoy. The property manager and the assistant property manager are always on top of it and available when you need them. Definitely giving them a five star review.

This is a excellent property to reside. I've been a tenant here since the beginning of last year 2020 and I haven't experienced any issues @ all that wasn't accommodated and addressed in a timely manner. The property is well kept and cleanliness is a definite factor and priority. Maintenance is always consistent and ensuring that any complications or issues are minimized. The front office management has been extremely helpful as well as professional with any concerns that I've had. I would certainly recommend this property to any potential tenants and I certainly look forward to having a comfortable

I have lived at Beacon Hill for the last 5 years in a 1 bedroom apartment. My experience here overall has been good. I liked the central location, the price, and the included washer/dryer in unit. I didn’t have many maintenance requests, but when I did, the staff were nice and completed them in a timely manner. I had people tell me it wasn’t the best location before I moved there. There have been a few loud neighbors or domestic disturbances here and there, but not too often and I never felt like I was in any danger living there.
