Lived her about 4 yrs and the experience was horrible. The gym is about the size of a closet and u have 2 pay for a deposit to get a key. The management was cool but new management came in and it all changed. The parking lot lighting was always broken and it took 2 months to fix a sprinkler head that keep blasting water at my bedroom window patio and neighbors patio. Sq ft was horrible for how much u pay. I finally found the perfect place in my new spot.

I've been very happy here since I moved in a few months ago. It may not be a long sample size to look at but the staff here at Gila Springs have been nothing but pleasant, helpful, kind, and committed to making sure their residents feel welcomed and comfortable. I mainly worked with Robin during the initial stages to signing my lease. She's probably the nicest person I've ever met! The apartments are nice and modern (updated), the grounds are kept up very well, and it's in a great location. I'm definitely loving living here!

I LOVE these apartments! It was the EASIEST move in, they ALL were so sweet in the office, basically, I couldn’t have found a better place to live. I appreciate all of the ladies in the office because they all were incredible helpful, made sure to keep in close contact with me, and were attentive to every need I had. I appreciate how clean the complex is and how many amenities there are to enjoy. If you’re looking for a place to live, this is by far one of the best! & we have awesome views and trails to walk!

I lived here for five years and never had any significant issues. Maintenance fixed things quickly and I never had an issue with the office staff. They were always super friendly to my dog, knew his name and gave him dog biscuits when we stopped in. The AC unit was ridiculously loud and only went out on me once or twice. The property is beautiful and is right next to a canal, a small lake and a park.

Super nice maintenance done with 24 hours recently 7 hours for water heater fuse going out ducks walk up to the door pleasant walk way out to kyrene over a bridge by fountains of water. Problems with place, takes 5 minutes to take trash out , to walk from parking spot to apartment about 3 minutes. Sidenote Intel is right next door in this community you have a high population of foreigners, allot of native meals and strong aromas from those meals, curry in particular. I don't mind it

This complex used to be a very nice place to live, but when new management came in it all went to hell (people hanging clothes on porches, no member of the staff walking the premises and only one maintenance man having to take care of the whole place). In my opinion the office staff are immature and very unprofessional.
