I been here 2 1/2 years. I had one major problems that got fix with no problems,before New Management came. I have not had no major problems since New Management arrived🙂👍. I Love the warm welcoming, greetings, an warm smiles from New Management when you enter the office😊. No rodents so far an I have seen a couple of roches here an there,but you can also help keep them down an New Management will make sure it's taking care of👍. New Management will keep you posted on things to fix the problems and issues you have👍👍. New Management will keep you posted on New an improveing new things

I've been living over here in the Clearbrook Apartments for almost 6 years. There were several problems when I first moved in that happens any and everywhere. I've endured some managers that didn't care about the residence or the property/ some did. Yet I remained patient. That’s the past and now I can say that the New Management has been doing Great with getting things back to how it supposed to be. They are friendly and very welcoming. Keep up the Great Work. Thanks!

I called at 3:50 on Tuesday February 09, 2021. The person at the other end of the phone was uncouth and unprofessional. I asked about an apartment that I saw available on the website they just said "we ain't got nun available!" Then hung up whoever that is needs another position cause they don't know how to answer the phone business wise! I'd hate to see the kind of people working here cause 9f them.

WORSE PLACE TO MOVE I HAVEN'T EVEN BEEN OVER HERE A YEAR AND 2 ppl HAVE BEEN KILLED AND THEY SHOOT ALMOST EVERY-NIGHT. They have security but she doesn’t show up unless the police is there. The Landlord doesn’t care about the gang problems in the apartments because her son is apart of it. This is not a place for people with kids. They be shooting in windows and everything. Thy look neat on the outside but the inside of the apartments are molded and they have really bad water leaks. They stay fighting and having loud music you can’t even sleep in peace. The police stay over here for violence

I live here for nine yrs and at first it was rough!!! I like the old property manger that was there when I first moved here they were friendly and help with whatever your issue it has been alot of crime over here but it was addressed by the manger now we have new owner and I must say that they have improve these apt since they been here all the apts and townhouses are being renovated as well as the outside of them the staff here are nice and friendly also and they do get to the bottom of the issue if you have one its security on the property and alot of the bad seeds have been removed yes its crime

Office staff nice but the apartments are ratchet and ghetto. People hang out smoking weed somebody broke into my apartment 2 times the office staff didn't believe me... Come to find out my patio door was messed up... The gate doesn't matter because whoever broke in was watching me go to work and knew my schedule I was working 2 jobs made me feel violated worked hard for the things I have. Security cameras useless because they aren't in the proper places didn't catch who broke into my apartment and I was in the building next to the office by the swimming pool. Don't move here....
