DO NOT...I repeat, DO NOT move to this property! That is unless you like being robbed. In the past three months my car has been broken into twice! The first time stealing jewelry and all of my identification (passports, social security card, birth certificate, and new license plate tags). The second time, all the lug nuts were removed in an attempt to steal my tires. The day before Christmas (2021) someone broke into my (locked) apartment and stole a 7k gold and diamond necklace out of my bed room, now today someone has broken into my garage stealing my bike, and iPad, two designer watches, and

The worst thing about the apartments are the leasing office staff!! They are all uptight "Karens" with nothing better to do especially the overweight black lady-she takes her job way too seriously. They're all super fake and I'm not the only resident that has taken notice!

The girl who I spoke with this past week was incompetent. Camille was handling my inquiry but she wasn't available. But this girl didn't know a credit in an account. I know I can't be the only person who has paid months of rent ahead of time. I have a credit left over for next month meaning that credit will be applied to the rent due for February. She thought it was a balance owed for rent. Comical. She's clearly in the wrong field. Because how can I owe rent for a month that's not even here yet? She saves me a bunch of headaches. She was rude and short, assuming the answer

The best apartment complex I've ever lived in. All maintenance request were completed fast. The property manager takes her time to email everyone if there's any inconvenience. Not to mention the property is extremely clean, grass cut, hallways clean, trash person never missed unless it was a holiday. There were a lot of property projects going on while living here, such as pool, grills, outside windows being washed etc. Makes me happy because I know my money is being used by making the property look more luxurious.

I truly couldn’t imagine living anywhere better or safer than the Pearl. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with all the girls in the leasing office. The assistant manager, Ariana, is wonderful. The manager, Ms. Camille, is also amazing. The girls have always addressed and handled any concerns that I had. The maintenance team is great here and comes quickly to handle any requests. I would recommend the Pearl Woodlake to all my friends and family.

This place is great. I love the trash pick-up, the office staff, the up to date interior, the thick walls, and my balcony.
My only complaint is that the area is iffy, obviously not the apartment complex’s issue, but something to be noted.

Love the community, and the space here. Had to figure some things out when it comes to noise levels. Building is not as soundproof as expected to be. Found out some residents let their pets urinate inside the garage, and sometimes the community gets messy when it comes to garbage disposal. Otherwise, amenities are wonderful, the unit is in great condition, and the location/neighborhood we find is very optimal. Maintenance is prompt when it comes to service requests, which is very appreciated. Really glad to have found this community and didn't settle for less.

Best apartment complex I have ever lived in. I signed my lease with Laura, she was super helpful and answered all my questions, and after I moved in she called back to ask if my apartment was in perfect condition. Camille is the property manager and she is doing an amazing job running this apartment complex, during the winter storm she kept everyone updated, which is something I appreciated considering we were left with no electricity and no way to watch news. Maintenance request are done fast and the maintenance guy places a gown over him to protect from COVID, this is done prior to entering every

I have lived in the Pearl Woodlake apartments since May 2019 and compared to all the previous complexes I have lived at, these are by far the best. Wonderful amenities such as the pool area, the gym, and the dog park if you have a doge. Other than the amenities, the management are real helpful, care about your apartment living, and host great community events (prior to COVID-19).
They want to make sure their tenants are enjoying their spaces and make sure everyone is staying safe during this pandemic. The maintenance workers really put in a lot of effort to make this place beautiful and clean

My experience with Will the assistant Manager was Phenomenal. I love my unit and am happy. I have the pool view and that is just the icing on the cake, so many convenient locations around to drive to. I have the one the biggest Unit, very spacious and airy. The floor plan is amazing, from the kitchen layout to the bathtub and the many closets I have always wanted. This is a great place and will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I had looked around the area for an apartment close to both my job and my sons daycare and this apartments location was perfect. Laura did an amazing job with showing us the property and being extremely knowledgeable to all of our questions . The entire complex is really clean, in comparison to the other apartments we looked at. Above all I can’t thank Laura enough, she was extremely helpful to me. This is a worker that cares and works above and beyond to help people like my family find a home. Pearl woodlake is lucky to have her.

I  personally disagree with many reviews on this place. My experience at Pearl Woodlake was enjoyable overall. The only reason I'm leaving is because for the price, I found something comparable in the loop.

Pros:
beautiful finishes, great location, fast maintenance & friendly, competent management

Cons:
Residents are super , some parking garage security issues (common in Houston "luxury" apartment complexes I've noticed)

Upon moving to Houston a year ago my locator helped us find this place. We weren't really sure where to live since my roommate and I were both

I love living at Pearl Woodlake. I have a big kitchen for my cooking and baking. The finishing and layouts are spacious and well thought out. As a single female, I feel safe and the neighbors I've met have been pleasant. I'll definitely be renewing my lease.

The property is kept pristine and maintenance is not only quick to respond but beyond friendly. The management team is always very nice and extremely helpful. It's rare to find a team that's loves what they do and you never make you feel like you're a bother.

This place is the ultimate scam... they will try and add every penny for every little thing. Cars get broken into all the time, gate breaks all the time, staff is unhelpful and have terrible attitudes

While the property seems nice on the surface there is an underling evil in the management office! Don't even think of moving here. I saw the many other negative reviews but it was a nice location and my locator suggested I check it out so I did and it was a total waste of time. The manager waste your time to avoid following HUD laws and they lawyer try to violate HIPPA because he just got licensed in January 2019. Pathetic! I'm sure they will have a great time defending their actions with the Department of Housing and the Justice Department.

Pearlwoodlake my home. Really I'm so happy to choose pearlwoodlake. Nice community. Great Aminites. Great location. Helpful staff in leasing office specially Sherrelle wilson and community manger Camille. When I'm trying to find home. I visited about 10 complex around this area and I didn't feel comfortable. Power switched off unexpectedly for 'minimally two hours' this evening across the building for 'emergency upgrades'.
An email sent out after they switched off everything across the building. No warning. No planning for this. Just switched off.
Avoid this building with a 10ft barge poles they treat you like zoo animals. You are better just about anywhere else.

Be careful about this apartment complex! Don’t let the buildings fool you. Management is horrible!

First of all we moved in to the apartment with stains on carpets. When we asked for shampoo service they kept sending us emails about how busy the assistant manager was. Then we brought our stuff, and they told us to move out everything to shampoo the carpet. They never did. The Apartment had an awful smell. I sent them an email about it. Assistant manager came to our apartment and he said it smells food when I did’t even have time to cook in my new apartment.

The office staffs are really bad, and the manager is the worst!!! The manager does not know how to respect people, have the attitude to people, and do not trust the complain reply on yelp, I tried to email regional manager, they just ignore my email. Horrible experience and poor management team. As a customer, Morgan company is a bad management to me, and I won't recommend anyone to choose it again.

The office staff is sometimes hard to get a hold of. And when they answer the phone you will be overwhelmed with fakeness and they even gave you attitude at times. However the apartments are beautiful, pool is always clean, and the maintenance team is wonderful especially Lupe!

We recently moved to Texas and found this community through the most awesome real estate agent (Angie Griesinger at Urbanleasing.com). The community is beautiful, not just the common areas as is sometimes the case, but each unit. The staff here is very responsive and maintenance issues are resolved quickly and expertly. Many staff members also reside here so they have a vested interest in maintaining community standards.

I also appreciate the effort that is made to host different types of events from 'Chicken & Waffles' brunch to Bingo and Bootcamp! The frequency of these events

Where should I start? Ok let's start with how rude the staff is, Ian is the only one that maintains professionalism even though his sarcasm. The trash piles up in front of the trash chutes every single day, imagine explaining that to your visitors. The inconvenience of letting your guest out of the gate and the limited guest parking outside the gate is unheard of. When your guest park in the garages's guest parking. You have to leave the comfort of your home, walk to the edge of the garage and use your transmitter to let your guests out. When you mention it to the office they say it
