I have lived in these apartments for almost a year and my experience has been nothing but positive. The manager and staff are super helpful and reliable when it comes to any issue you need resolved. I enjoy living on the ground floor because of how accessible it is for my electric wheelchair. There is also a nice park nearby that is ideal for dog walking or bringing your children to play. The location itself is very clean, the staff really take pride in making sure it's orderly. If you're looking for a great complex in a nice area with affordable prices, North Ridge is where it's at!

The apartment complex is clean and well kept. The landscaping is nice with lots of plants and flowers.
I especially like how the aparment sends popular food trucks to us periodically.
The apartments are in a very good location as well, just a few minutes from freeway entrance as well as tanasbourne towncenter, which pretty much has everything you need.

I just passed 3 years as a resident of North Ridge Apartments and am pleased to be here. Convenience is the word I use when thinking of my time here from an easy payment portal online, fast acting as well as thorough and professional maintenance crew, strong communication from management and friendly interactions, close to the highway, laundry in unit, and parking/mail is generally not an issue either. As a little thing too, I like that there's a recycling bucket next to the mail area...super helpful.
My only issues, albeit it fairly minor, have been with the delivery of goods...whether food/groceries

I have lived in this complex for 5 years and have some experiences I'd like to share.
The office staff is alright. We really miss Cameron but are happy he got a better offer. The maintenance staff is great!
The apartments are clean and the appliances aren't outdated. The smoke alarms are INCREDIBLY sensitive. Be prepared to have the overhead fan on anytime you cook. Just opening the oven will set off an alarm. I've been in 2 different apartments here and both were like this.
There are no amenities like a pool, spa, garages or fitness center. Not a dig, but be aware. There is a nice small public

Last year with Covid going strong we thought it might be hard to move. But with the great office staff and internet it was so easy. When we had questions they were answered immediately. We were able to tour our new apartment twice on our own before moving in.
Exactly what we were looking for.
And the maintenance staff is A1 in my book.We have never lived in a place that finished a work order in less then 48 hrs.

We have lived here for a year and a half. It’s been a decent place to live and we love the area. We feel very safe and end up going on evening walks several times a week.
The maintenance staff are fairly responsive, fixing any issues we have in a day or two. Always have plenty of parking. No real complaints.

This is definitely one of the best apartment complexes I've lived at. The staff is great! They keep the grounds clean and full of nature as well. The location is great. Not too far away from really anything and far out enough to where it feels more secluded. Definitely have and would recommend this place!

We have been here for almost a year and I really do enjoy it. We have had to reach out to the complex for several things since we moved in, however, the issues could have arose in any apartment or complex. That’s not worth a complaint in my opinion. What is most important is that between the office staff and maintenance team, they been timely, friendly and have worked to resolve things as quickly as possible. 👍

I absolutely love living at North Ridge Apartments. The location is perfect and the staff is extremely kind and always willing to go the extra mile to help the residents. Any maintenance requests are done in a timely manner and when we have questions we can always call and count on the staff being informative and supportive. The apartments are affordable, clean and very spacious. The staff is very good at communicating what’s happening in the complex and all the improvement projects they have going on.

I have been here 2 years they switched water, garbage and sewer provider and it went up 20/25 a month. Then they decided to increase my rent by 90 and 5 more for the carport. They gave it to me on a Tuesday and I had to decided on resigning my lease or moving out by that Friday. That's 4 days notice which is unacceptable, they claim to have all of these amenities that they don't. This place is way over priced, I found a 2 bedroom just as nice and closer to downtown before they decided to jacket up my rent. Very disappointed

Just a final notation: The final bill will include $170 to have the carpets professionally cleaned, even if you had them cleaned professionally yourself. And if you don't clean up the apartment enough upon final move out, they'll charge you another $60 for that so don't expect much back from your initial security deposit.

We've lived her for a little over a year, and it's great. In my experience the community is mostly quiet and polite--people mind their own business. The apartment is super well insulated so that it stays cool in summer and warm in winter. Management and maintenance have always been polite, professional, and addressed all matters speedily. Really, I don't have a single complaint to make about this place.

We moved in here when we sold our house in Idaho. The master bedroom was a great size, layout wan't bad. Liked that they had their own seperate laundry room in the back, away from the bedrooms. The neighborhood wasn't bad and I didn't have any issues with idiot neighbors. Price was affordable. Wish they had a hot tub or pool, but just the way it is.

The other reviewer that said they take your whole deposit is telling the truth. I lived there for over a year, always paid rent on time, had no pets, took really good care of the apartment and left it much cleaner than when we moved in. We were charged on top of them taking our full deposit. I usually get my deposits back, too.

We moved into North Ridge Apartments over Memorial weekend in 2012- we were moving from the glorious (no joke- loved this place) Colonnade Townhomes because we wanted a place without stairs- upon moving in (we were told we were moving into an eviction apartment), I cried- the dishwasher was moldy and had to soak it in bleach in the bathtub- the master shower did not work- there was chalk all over the patio- marker all over the hearth by the gas fireplace- marker all over the heaters in all rooms- I complained to the office and although they did what they could (Mike and Michelle were great), I

We have lived here for about 7 months or so with our dog. We love living here! Sure you can hear people once in a while, but it is an apartment. Its MUCH quieter then any apartment we have ever lived in. I wish the parking was a little better but it works out fine. I love the park in the back and feel safe walking around the area at anytime. The office people and the "fix it" guys are amazing! Very nice! When I go to pay rent my dog goes in with me for some attention and they are so sweet to her. We are very happy with our apartment- the layout is great and large, huge balcony, huge kitchen
