We moved to Henderson after retiring two years ago. After looking at several complexes, we knew we were home when we found Elysian @ St Rose. The amazing staff made living at Elysian @ St Rose a real pleasure. The Manager, Tina, is fun, energetic, and on top of everything; making the complex run smoothly with attention to every detail.

I lived here for about 3 years. The property is very well kept and the actual apartment is nice. The reason for the 1 star is the exit procedure. I was attempting to buy a home when my lease ended and i talked to the manager about going month to month until i found a home. I paid the extra amount during my month to month for approximately 6 months until i signed a contract on my new home. I was communicative with the management and gave my notice. I left on the date i gave them but got hit with several fees and partial rent for the next month. I went back to the manager and asked about them but

Elysian at St. Rose is a great place to live. We have lived there twice and would still if we hadn't relocated out of state. We were not charged to move out either time, some complexes charge a ton. The maintenance man Joe and the manager Tina have both been there for years and are friendly and responsive, they really care about their residents! The location is great, close to everything you need but in a quiet neighborhood.

We lived here for 1.5 years and it was fantastic. Our apartment was in a great location and Tina and her staff are amazing. Everyone is very attentive and caring about their residents. The complex is very safe as security walks the facility at night. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to rent.

The gate card they issued me doesn’t reliably work and I've been begging them for assurance they’ll repair the gate. Their line every time I complained was that “it happens, sorry, the gate is ran by a third party” which is unbelievable. How could they think it’s acceptable to let the entry system fall in to disrepair? Also, see the photo, the compound is crawling with roaches. Do not move here!!!

I need to update my original review. The noise complaint cannot be ignored. they are removing all carpets in all units, apparently and the noise level is intolerable from upstairs. We have been experiencing sleep deprivation, no peace at all. It's constant stomping all hours of the day and night. In addition, the insects here are worse that I have ever seen. Huge beetles and roaches. At first it was just outside but now we've seen them inside. I've complained, they've sent the exterminator but then tell me I am the only one complaining. N ow that the weather's cooled

I have to give a HUGE thank you to Lilia and Tina, they have made this whole process amazing. I was so overwhelmed in choosing a place to live and they made my decision so easy. They answered ALL of my questions and walked me through the process step by step.
Let’s talk about the complex, it is AMAZING! It is sparkling clean, quiet, family oriented, and beautiful. The apartment is spectacular and so spacious. I was so concerned about being in an unsafe area and this complex is the furthest from it. From the gated Entrances to the security who patrols the ground makes for a wonderland complex

Had the bet experience here! Lived here 3 years and it was nothing short of perfect. Staff is super friendly and always trying to keep the small community active in events at the clubhouse. Any maintenance requests were always taken care of right away. Easy access to the freeway and any grocery, improvement and shopping stores you would need are less than 5 miles away
I would definitely recommend this place if you wanted to be treated like family and known by your first name and not just an apartment number.

Clean. Modern. Good management team. Maintenance crew actually shows up. Been here a few weeks and this place checks all the boxes. Located far enough from the strip you can get a few moments of peace, but close enough that if you wanna go get nuts you can. There's a 24h bar and grill within walking distance. Amenities are great, gated community. ANYTHING you could possibly need is 8-10 mins away in Henderson, one of the nicest communities in the country. All of this for an extremely reasonable cost.

Elysian at St Rose is a great community to live in. I have lived here for three years and I like the apartment units and the overall community and amenities. The bedrooms in the two bedroom units are very spacious. The kitchen and bathrooms are nicely designed with lots of cabinet space, nice light fixtures, and updated counter tops and flooring.
The staff is very friendly, attentive and responsive. All of my maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner. The common areas and landscaping around the property are regularly well maintained. There are also opportunities for community events

My husband and I recently relocated from the east coast to Henderson. We were nervous about choosing an apartment sight unseen, but The staff at the Elysian made the process so comfortable and easy. From offering a video tour of the apartment to helping us figure out paperwork and logistics, the team was amazing.

Although I didn't lease out a lease here - I still want to write a review about the leasing team, specifically Marcy. She provided exceptional customer service and did many follow-ups asking if she can help in any way to make my relocation from LA to Vegas easier even AFTER I have informed her about leasing somewhere else! If I could give this place a -5 I would. The apt are nice but the staff is not so friendly. I am of African American decent my boyfriend and I. I went in and the manager I think her name was Tina, it was her and another lady with dark hair in the office. I came in and we were discussing prices she told me she would be right back and I heard her say we don't need anymore "black thugs" in the buildings ! Then told me nothing was free until the 1st of the year. That's funny because you have a rent now sign outside of the complex. Little does this lady know I probably make more

Do not ever move into this place!!!! Not only has there been a ton of robberies in this place. Management is horrible. They're way over priced and won't even heat the pool. Homeless people walk around the community at night. We had an ant infestation for months and they did nothing. We had crazy down stairs neighbors who would call the cops on my one year old baby because he was banging on the floor!! The cops would show up thinking they we're breaking up a party and literally laugh! We tried to break our lease and they tried to charge us $5000 to break it! When we only had 3 months

We have been here about a year now and the complex is beautiful. Across the street from elementary school and a block from the high school. The two bedrooms are spacious- my kids share one very large one. The kitchen is the largest you'll find in any apartment.
The pool is simple and just enough for what you need to do there. I don't find it too overwhelming with kids/people most of the year. Gym is FABULOUS. Lots of equipment. Gotta say everything in the community building is always clean and tidy. Love the little living room space with coffee, tv, fireplace and comfy chairs.

I lived at Elysian at St Rose for 1 1/2 years when I was living in Henderson. My boyfriend and I were desperately in need of an apartment since my boyfriend found a new job around that area. We were living in California then, so I was calling everywhere to ask information about their apartment complexes. We were first time apartment renters so I was doing some extensive research. Just recently moved in, staff is really nice, plenty of parking (one designated covered space per apt), new buildings, so no maintenance issues, they allow big dogs (most apts don't), and with the free WIFI throughout the neighborhood, I don't have to pay for internet anymore (big bonus). So far, so good. Highly recommend this place!
