I am Natalie. I live in Seattle and am a certified intuitive eating nutrition counselor, helping hundreds of clients since starting my practice in 2011.

I have a unique perspective as someone who has personally struggled with an eating disorder and healed my relationship with food while experiencing first-hand the many different ways our culture promotes and keeps women in cycles of dieting and body shame, as well as where our system falls short in providing care.I come from a background of competitive athletics and was a former Junior Olympic ski racer.
I am devoted to creating a safe, non-judgmental and accepting space in which clients can let go of constantly trying to "fix" themselves, redefine success, and create a sustainable lifestyle that is rooted in acceptance. I believe that freedom from food and a life without dieting is a possibility for every person and something that is deserved simply for being human.
In addition to helping my clients heal their relationship with food, I also do a lot of I work with them on improving body image. Below are eight areas that can help move you from self-hatred to self-acceptance. Wearing clothes that fit and that you like helps improve the way you feel about yourself.
Girls grow up hearing both implicit and explicit messages suggesting that the most important attribute they can strive for is beauty. The chronic focus on beauty directs cognitive, financial, and emotional resources away from other more important goals. In the US, 80% of girls have been on a diet by the time they're 10 years old.

As a personal stylist for women, I work closely with each client to help her embrace her authentic personal style and know how to dress her body shape. Natalie and I have shared several clients over the years and I am so grateful to have her as a resource. Our shared clients consistently rave about her approach and I have seen a transformation in these women accepting their body types and embracing a healthier lifestyle. As a former client of Natalie's, I too experienced her thoughtful and kind approach. She is the ideal fit for anyone who is looking for self acceptance AND improved health. She
