I help people become Intuitive Eaters - so they can stop obsessing about numbers and weight, and start eating in a way that's satisfying for their body and mind. If you would like to break free from food prison, and feel more confident about your eating, you're in the right place. Back then, my thinking was simply, You mean there's a job where I can talk about food and help people - without the restaurant hours?
I work with people who would love to be able to intuitively know what, when and how much to eat. When you hear about yet-another-diet, you want to take refuge in the fact that you are your own food expert. You want to start moving away from obsessing about numbers and weight, and towards eating in a way that truly promotes your physical and mental well-being.
The majority of time will likely be spent learning about you and your unique nutrition situation. We'll get clear on your wellness vision, and then determine the next most important and attainable steps. And depending on what you need and how much time we have, I may also provide meal and snack ideas, tools, and resources.

Mindful Nutrition is located in central Wallingford, near I-5 and 99. My office is accessible through the SOUTH entrance (hint: not through the front door). There are a few steps down to the lower level so unfortunately, the location is not ADA accessible.
