I moved into Cromwell House in September of 2015.
I am disabled and had no other place to go. Very little money to my name and I needed a roof over my head. A lot of adjustments on my part and none of them were easy. Sure it would be easy to dwell on the negative, but I'd rather not.
My neighbors here are good people. More & more move in every day!
As for the people who work here they are very efficient & professional employees. The women in the office are always so helpful and the entertainment director really keeps the fun activities rolling smoothly. The maintenance men are your best friends

I have lived here for a month and the staff have been friendly and helpful too everyone they come in contact with that I noticed. The building is clean. The tenants are eclectic, ranging young like my husband and myself to old, so basically it's a normal apt. Building but with better security. They run a lot of tests and check on their equipment but that's what you get when you live in a secure building. I have not seen any bugs. We are quite happy here so far.

I lived in Cromwell House for over 5 years. I left recently because I decided to live with my children in order to spend more time with them.While I was living at Cromwell House I can say it was an enjoyable experience.The other residents are very friendly and soon became like family.The staff is amazing.They also became like family.They are personable, kind hearted, friendly, and fun people.The activity director makes sure that there is something to participate in everyday.They throw parties on holidays, and sometimes for no reason at all.Everyone brings dishes and it's always just a good time

Cromwell house is an absolute disgrace to seniors! the treatment of residents is that of a child! management enters an apartment when they want to even when a resident is not at home. everything they do seems to be mandatory saying u dont have to be at home so that they can gain entrance for whatever reason. many residents complain that personal property missing. they allow dogs & cats that urinate & deficate inside & outside of the property which make some older residents sick. the place is truly roach infested. they recently took away direct tv which gave viewers a good lineup of entertaiment

Cromwell house has many problems, first and foremost it has a SEVERE bed bug infestation which has effected many residents here. They do the absolute minimum to keep the building livable, the laundry rooms, stairwells and elevators are usually filthy, are and maintenance while they genuinely do their best they are not given the proper tools or budget to fix things properly and instead have to resort to rigging things together and hoping for the best. There are roaches, I have only seen a few but I also keep things very clean. And lets not forget, someone was murdered here earlier this year.
