The apartments are large, contemporary, very well maintained, and the location is excellent. Easy access to freeway, yet quiet. All maintenance requests have been serviced almost immediately, and the office staff genuinely care about the residents. The grounds and property are very well-maintained. Truly happy here!!

I've lived at Park Pointe for a little over one year. The apartments and the property overall are very well-maintained. Even non-emergency maintenance requests are addressed within 24 hours. The apartments themselves are very nice and are being updated on a regular basis. The location couldn't be more convenient. However, what really sets them apart, in my experience, is how extraordinarily helpful and professional the staff are. They go above and beyond every day in ways that make living here an absolute delight!

Ive enjoyed living at Park Pointe. The location is above par. You are close to everything. The management is non-intrusive, Mary is great. Every maintenance issue is fixed right away. The buildings are quiet and there is ample parking. The outside common areas are beautiful. There were apartment upgrades that were given when i resigned my lease, which was a fun surprise. Highly recommend.

I've lived hear for over 6 months now and I've come to really appreciate Park Pointe. The staff are very friendly and prompt, including maintenance staff, cleaning crews, and front desk staff. The apartment is in good shape, appliances work well, my balcony is a good size, and the gyms are reasonable for light to medium exercise (heavy lifters will need gym membership, of course).
Only complaints: the noise from other apartments, particularly the one above me, is a little louder than I'd like it to be. Also, I don't have laundry machines in my unit but I knew that coming in.

Lived there for 2 years. I didn't enjoy it. It was always loud and you can hear everything from the hallways to the upstairs/side neighbors. The residents don't have consideration when it comes to the common areas. For instance the same person would leave their garbage in the hallway in front of their door for weeks. People would talk on their phones while pacing the hallway or allow their children to run through the hallways screaming. Instead of opening their windows to air out their apartment from the food they burnt or cooked they'd prop open their doors. The smell would permeate

Kristen Glowacki was one of the most helpful staff at the apartments. She was willing to go above and beyond when it came to accommodating a time for me and my roommate to sign the lease. There have also been times that she's had other staff help carry heavy packages up to the apartment when I needed help.

This place absolutely reeks! Not even worth looking at! Management is terrible. His staff says one thing and he says another. On our showing they showed us a apartment that was absolutely filthy- maybe you should have an apartment for showings if your tenants are going to live like that. All around gross! If I were you I'd pay the extra $50 for Louisiana Oaks up the street.

It got to the point I just walked away from my lease. The problems listed by others(on aptratings) are right on the money, but I wanted to mention how wild your neighbors will be.
I've watched furniture, dishes, potted plants, and TVs fly off balconies for the sheer amusement of their owners, I did complain about this only to have the upstairs resident pee down onto my balcony, and never received a reply from the office
And if you ever see them advertise a month free, don't believe it! they just pro-rate it across the other months of your lease.
I'll include pics of,
