We have lived at Kelly Reserve for almost a month and we love it and feel at home here. The staff is very pleasant and quick to help when needed. We love that the complex is so quiet and we feel like we are living in a residential neighborhood, not an apartment complex. The units are also very spacious and have lots of storage. We couldn't be happier!

Although the Kelly Reserve complex looks good externally, the leasing process is a nightmare. Do not live here if you need compassion, flexible leasing terms, or a staff that will work to find solutions. This is a privately owned complex and they can do several things to assist model tenants (like us) but chose not to. The answer to every question I asked was 'no'. Even when explaining our circumstances due to the pandemic, the answer was still 'no'. They do not offer month to month or short term leasing so good luck getting your next living arrangement to line up perfectly to the day. The staff

The Kelly Reserve apartments are great! The floor plans are so open and it really feels more like a home than an apartment. I'm in a one bedroom apartment and it is very spacious. The option of having attached garages is a huge plus! I've been here 6 years now and just signed another 2 year lease! The pool area is gorgeous. My only negative comment is the restrictions they have on what you can put on your patio...no flags, nothing hanging over the railing, etc. Minor inconvenience, though, compared to everything else. Highly recommend!

I did extensive research last year before considering my move to Kelly Reserve. All the reviews about how quick maintenance staff reacts, how professional the office personnel is, and how quiet and clean the community is was accurate! I have been living in my apartment since Jan 2021. Every question I've asked from the office staff (Erin Hubbard you're the best!) was kindly quickly answered, every maintenance request I've submitted has been fixed correctly promptly, and I absolutely love the layout and open floorplan of my apartment. I’m going on almost three months of living here, and so far my boyfriend and I have loved every moment of staying here at Kelly Reserve. The location is in a lovely neighborhood, the grounds are always clean, and the leasing agents are kind/helpful always. I moved to Overland Park from out of town, and toured a few other places, but this place stood out from all the others. Highly recommend if you are looking for a modern, and high quality apartment home.

We lived at Kelly Reserve in a 2 bed 1 bath with an attached garage for 1 year . The apartment was very open and bright with vaulted ceilings which made it seem much bigger . We had a great balcony view overlooking a large grassy hill behind us which was nice . It also provided a fantastic space for our 3 year old to run around outside ! The grounds were always kept very clean and the office staff & maintenance were both fantastic . We had the lowest electricity bills at this apartment out of any apartment complex we’ve lived in, which has been several. The building was very quiet, we never heard

We lived at Kelly Reserve for 4 years and had no trouble with any of the staff or Maintenance Crew. The apartment is beautiful and many have nice views from the living room. Not enough parking where I lived, but other buildings had a lot. Great pool. Have so many great memories of the pool and picnics we had there. Everyone was very friendly. I recommend this place.

Kelly Reserve is a great place to call home in Overland Park, KS! I shopped around at several apartments and this property was definitely the best bang for your buck! The staff is very friendly and the maintenance team will have your request fixed in less than 24 hours! The amenities are great and the community here is safe.

We’ve lived here 2 years and are now headed to our new home out of state. It’s been a wonderful place to live, and were we not leaving the area, could have stayed here indefinitely. Our 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment is so open, with high ceilings, and a recent visitor said that she felt at home instantly! The granite countertops, stainless appliances and other amenities really stood out when we were apartment hunting. I have nothing but great things to say! ALL of the staff are absolutely wonderful, maintenance requests are always handled promptly, and the grounds are always well maintained. Most importantly, the units are lovely and the space is allocated amazing well. Even in my 1/1 everything feels so spacious!

I have only had great experiences living in Kelly Reserve for the past year and a half. The property is very well maintained and the maintenance staff is very helpful and prompt when needed. The apartments have quality finishes and it's nice to have an attached garage that's spacious enough for my vehicle and storage. When my friends or family come to visit they always comment on how homey the apartment feels.
