My wife and I are in complete shock! After residing here 3.5 years and having good rapport with the Greystar/Osprey Cove staff, I would have never imagined having an issue with receiving our Security Deposit return as promised on our Final Account Statement. Readers, you have been warned. If anyone wishes to hear more details from me with my experience, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. I would hate to see this happen to anyone else.

Paid $175 application fee and got pre-approved only to have no one follow up with me diligently about the apartment after numerous emails. If this is how you conduct yourselves even before a tenant moves in, keep my $175 absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. It is the middle of a pandemic and people work hard for their money not to throw it away on an application fee with no follow ups.

When I moved to the NYC metro area in 2016 for a new career opportunity, I landed at Osprey Cove and I have been here since. It is an attractive, clean, safe, well kept and conveniently located property with friendly neighbors and complimented by a professional management team and exceptional maintenance crew. Its been over 3 months now living here and so far it has been amazing experience starting from leasing office personnel, to maintenance guys, to the person who delivers our packages on the door step, everyone has been extremely helpful. Common areas are neat, floors are quite, car park is secure, fitness center is sanitized and elevators are clean. We couldn't have asked for anything better.

Great place to live. Well kept grounds and beautiful landscaping. Love living in such a family oriented building and town. My favorite time is Christmas when the lobby is decked out. I also have been loving the recent pop up shops that they have been hosting. Property Management staff are very attentive. Nothing but great things to say about Anthony and Jeryline. Maintence staff Adam, and Jeremy are always on top of request. The cleaning crew keeps this place spotless and not to mention smelling amazing. Thank you to all of you.

Wonderful place to live. As of now I’ve lived here 6 years. The maintenance staff is very helpful and quick to complete anything that needs fixing in the apartment and around the building. The office staff is extremely kind and go above and beyond to keep Osprey Cove an amazing place to live. Antony is one of my favorite managers here. Hopefully he’s kept around a while longer. It’s always looking nice outside with the plants. Nice small gym and billiards table on the property. They are pet friendly here. Neighbors are pretty good too. I love living in Osprey Cove. It is a beautiful building with all new appliances. The gym downstairs is very handy for when I am too lazy to go to the Retro Fitness, 1 minute away. Everything is very convenient. Krauzers, a walk away for when you run out of groceries. Overall, just very peaceful and quiet. Maintenance is always keeping the place tidy. I would recommend this place to anyone, but at the same time, I would also like to keep this place a secret for myself and my girlfriend :)
