The entire experience of getting my parents a place at Enclave was amazing. The staff was willing to help and gave options and came up with resolutions. I was worried about a safe neighborhood for my parents and seem this is a safe neighborhood. They love it. Everyone seem nice and polite. Experience was seamless. My family was even invited to their Christmas outting. We all are family. They made my parents feel welcome from day one!

This will be quiet a long post as I have never experienced such an exceptional experience then living here at the Enclave.
1. The staff have been the most helpful, you call and immediately they are ready to assist with whatever you need. Some of the most friendly and polite management group I have ever spoke too.
2. The area is perfect, it is right of Wendover Avenue and Highway 68 making everything accessible in Greensboro/High Point area.
3. Phase II of the complex is absolutely beautiful. Pictures do not do it justice and just being moved in for a week I am blown away at how the place looks

Let me tell you from first hand experience how cheap these people are. I did a virtual walkthrough and liked the place. Boy was I wrong. When I came to the apartment it was not as it looked virtually. Then I realized. There are not light fixtures in the bedrooms!?!? Why? I called and asked they said it was an upgrade! For lighting?!?! Then leak after leak after leak. The 3rd floor toilet flange was bad and leaky. So you guessed it. Sewage water leaking on my head in the morning while I am doing my business. I have lived at this property for 5 years now. The location is everything, I can get on 3 different highways in a matter of 5 mins and be on my way anywhere. I can go to 3 different groceries stores if I wanted to and if I forgot something at the store I can go back and get it without driving a distance. This is a beautiful property and it’s in a nice location in High Point. Our maintenance guy is amazing, he is always so friendly and really cares about the complex. Vanessa and Melissa in the office are always friendly to me and very understanding and are always on the ball with getting things

I lived here for 2 years. One year in a 1 bedroom and one in a 2bedroom. When it comes to the actual apartment it was great the closets were spacious size and so are the bedrooms. The kitchen could definitely use some more storage but no big deal. The only issues I’ve run into is with the parking. The passes did absolutely nothing except eliminate the ability to have guest over and have them park in front of my building. People have work vehicles and their own vehicles and were able to get passes for both. It was barely enforced as I was constantly seeing people with expired tags, flat tires

Moved back at the beginning of 12/2019 to this complex...I have enjoyed my stay thus far. The ladies at the front office are extremely quick to help and will go above and beyond to assist you. The apartments are an upgrade from what I've lived in before and in my opinion are at a very reasonable price. From someone who is very picky on where they live, I'd certainly recommend this complex. The area around it is quiet and it's a quick drive to a lot of places in Greensboro or High Point. The parking can be tight here, but I was fortunate to get a building with an extra lot around it so it doesn

They do nothing but LIE to you and play favorites! They don't do "what they can" to help. They allow people to park in front of cars that are parked correctly and refuse to do anything for you when you try to leave. Even though they "enforce towing to violators." This is the absolute worst place to live. It's so loud... the building that the "staff" lives in is the LOUDEST building, heard all the way across the property at 2-3am. I would definitely not live in this place. The management is terrible. I have lived here for over 3 years and have had 1 upgrade and barely had the people come change the air filter(more recently in the last few months). Vanessa in the leasing office is super but seems to do just do what upper management says. I have tried to contact Wendy Barkey who's is supposed to be in charge of the corporate office. She has ignored my emails and refused to call me back regarding certain issues. This place cares nothing about the residents that live here and are only looking to make a quick buck.

Just moved recently. Staff are amazing and extremely helpful. Most areas are kept well maintained. There is a real issue with parking. Being third shift and coming home at 6 in the morning or anytime after 9 at night there is no parking. They send out letters saying they will tow your vehicles but do not provide any option to not get towed.
My building has 28 apartments, the building across from us has 24 apartments there are less than 30 parking spaces for us to share. The only option is to park on the other side of the complex and then it’s a hike to your apartment and most of the time that

Coming to the end of my year long lease. I looked at many places before this one. Needed to move quickly and they got me in very fast. The staff has been very nice and always helpful. Only issue I have had, which seems to be a common problem is the parking. In the evening, it's basically impossible to find a spot. Best value for an apartment that I could find. My apartment is in excellent condition and occasionally, the water gets backed up in the shower and sink but everything else works great and looks great.
