The maintenance team is great here! Jeremy responds to jobs within minutes of them being created in the resident portal, pretty much any time of day, even on the weekends. Guy tackles jobs with literally no delay. Super friendly and efficient! Also, Tammy the property manager is super responsive and very kind! She’s a joy to work with.

Tammy is the manager, and she goes the extra mile. She helped me throughout the process of applying and moving in. Although we had never met, Tammy treated me as if I was a member of her family. On move-in day, I met Jeremy, the maintenance supervisor. Jeremy did a walk-through with me and offered to help in any way. Jeremy responds to any call in minutes, and he is highly knowledgeable about just about everything. If he doesn't have an answer to something, he knows where to get it. The thing that impressed me the most about Tammy and Jeremy is the way they have treated me. It feels like family

The Crest is a wonderful place to live, with well-kept grounds, amazing customer service, and overall wonderful people, location, and facility. Tammy is the best landlord I could ever have asked for. Jeremy is a hard-working and very responsive maintenance director there also. There is a strong community and all are very friendly, welcoming, and respectful of each other's spaces.

My sink overloaded in the late evening and Jeremy from maintenance responded immediately! He came straight over even though it was after hours and was incredibly helpful. He was able to fix the problem right away and made sure everything was back in working order so fast!! He is So friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate all he does so much to make our complex so great!

We lived there for almost 2 years and it was a great place to live and raise kids. The property manager, Tammy, was one of the main reasons we decided to choose The Crest. It has been 2 years since we moved away and we miss her the most; there hasn't been a better apartment manager we have ever experienced. She went above and beyond for every resident.

This apartment complex is beautiful and very well maintained. We have a gated lot which gives me a sense of security day and night. The pool is heated and the bbq pits all around make for a fun spot to get together with friends or just relax. We are a mile from the beach and a mile from the downtown area which has been super nice especially for going on walks! The manager is the nicest person you'll ever meet, she will bend over backwards to make life easier on you and make sure you are happy and comfortable living at this apartment complex. We don't know everyone but so many of our neighbors are
