Did not like the little service I got from Tammy. Asked to tour, before she said anything else she said she wouldn’t have anything until Feb of 2022. Which didn’t make sense if they are on a 60 day notice policy. Waited for a while before she said anything else. Then she elaborated about the waitlist after I asked about the policy standard, out of my own experience in the industry. When I go to apartments I shouldn’t be made to feel like workers do not want to help or are discriminating. Not courteous at all won’t be coming back.

This place is subpar at best. Plumbing issues from their water fixtures are consistent and the maintenance are definitely not skilled plumbers. They are okay with handyman work, though. Office gives zero notice before they shut off the water, which happens A LOT and can last all day sometimes. Landscaping crews starts on time at 7 am regularly, so if you like your sleep and love children (because there’s tons of kids that live here) then maybe it's an okay fit. Someone was arrested on my car and loud shouting at all hours of the night is common along with occasional all night college parties

Would have extened my stay at Lakeview at the bay. Had to move out due to school. Special thanks to Desi Tuipulotu for providing exemplary support as and when required. This is an underrated apartment complex. I would definitely advocate for lakeview to my friends and family.

Only giving this place one star since 0 stars is not an option. I am currently a resident here at would not recommend moving here to anyone.
Living here started out great, the office was really accomodating and the complex itself was really nice.
Now it's terrible. The water is constantly getting shut off with no notice for 6+ hours at a time with no explanation. The employees park in your assigned parking spot, and there have been times where we have had to park at the Big Lots across the street due to such limited space.

Flooded apartment 8 times now. There has been human feces floating around and sewage backing up into apartment. Today my whole apt is flooded and tubs are full of backed up sewage. I am missing work, sleep and cannot have a normal life. They attempt a quick fix each time but then flooding come back

I have been living at Lakeview in the Bay for three years now. I initially move from Vegas, moving into the apartment unseen. I was not disappointed with the one bedroom it was very nice. We moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom and our family grew from 3 to 4. We are now moving from a two bedroom to a three bedroom and we love this property. Desi has been amazing since day one and she is always very, very helpful. The neighbors are all nice, accommodating, and friendly. The location is amazing, I mean I have everything that I need within a 2 to 3 mile radius.

I’ve been here almost a year. I love it here. The only issues is I wish the kitchen had more cabinet space and the drawers itself are junk. The drawers always fall out and there’s always wood shavings on my appliances. (This may just be for the older units). There’s basically no “extra” parking on the property so forget inviting people over. Besides that they’ve always answered any maintenance issues right away and the property is beautiful. The office staff is awesome and nice and polite. Still giving a five star rating because I’ve always felt safe here!

I've lived here very happily for the last 2 years. The maintenance team answers your requests quickly and competently. They also do a great job of keeping the community clean.
The property management team addresses complaints and upcoming building maintenance in a timely manner by notifying tenants with text message reminders and this has really improved the community. I love that they keep the gates closed at all times unlike many other gated apartment complexes.
